It's been few days the elders of the home went out of station and kook staying with his hyungie. Kook got the same view almost every fucking day and Taehyung almost caught him staring fucking every day !
Taehyung didn't mind it anymore and stopped nagging him about staring at him. Kook cooked breakfast, lunch as well as dinner for both of them. Breakfast all alone and Tae helped him in lunch and dinner; by staying by his side. He did cleaned the dishes as he couldn't help in cooking.
They have been spending time together since childhood. But this was different. Earlier, they had either of their fathers along with them. But now, they were all alone. That allowed them to watch the other in an unexpected form or new side of the other everyday. Both of them liked the time together.
But it was for a few days. Because after some time, Taehyung felt he was having weird dreams of him with the younger. Doing things they shouldn't do together. So, to save him from doing things in real life as well, he called over Somi.
She used to stay the whole day with Taehyung so that, he can keep distance from kook. Kook hated the idea of having Somi over everyday. He was enjoying his time with his hyungie but now his hyungie won't spare him his time and stay only with Somi.
He didn't liked it a bit but couldn't do anything in it. Taehyung's act brought kook back to reality once again that, he can't have his hyungie as his partner and his hyungie definitely doesn't thinks of him in a romantic way !
So, kook gave up on his last hope and indulged himself in his studies. It was better than watching his hyungie and his girlfriend all over eachothers; in the fucking living room. Not giving a fuck about Kook's presence !
Kook couldn't say anything about it because, it was Taehyung's home not his. So, he stopped leaving the room he was staying in, unless he needed to go somewhere.
He was having holidays at school and so, he had to stay home most of the time.
JB finally accepted Bam's proposal. Bam was right, JB was just playing hard to get. He wanted Bam to take some efforts to win over his heart.
He felt sad when Bam asked Kook out on a date; but thanks to Kook's possessive hyungie, JB came to know Bam was making him jealous. Kook was happy for his bestie.
After a few weeks, Min-kyu and Jae-wook returned home, with Jae-wook looking like a zombie. Kook started crying when he saw his Appa's condition. He didn't asked what's wrong with him, because it was visible that something was wrong with him. And it definitely wasn't something minute.
He made sure his Appa was asleep and went to Min-kyu. Kook made him swear on him and made him tell the truth. His brain stopped working when he heard his Appa was suffering from Glioblastoma and it was impossible to cure !
The doctors can only keep it in check with the medicines but for how long, they didn't had any idea ! Min-kyu told him half truth. Because the doctors knew he won't be able to survive more an a year now.
Min-kyu didn't wanted to drop a huge ass bomb at Kookie the way USA dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki so, he stopped there.
