Another suspect was now in the case regarding the Primrose Hill Slayer, that was when people were calling him, the guy was in his middle ages and was seen where the last victim was and now he was being detained.
Alastor wasn't sure it was him, and Corvin wasn't either, and apparently, neither was Oliver. But he was suspected nonetheless and they still investigated the situation thoroughly.
They checked his house, his basement, and his office space. And they actually found some incriminating stuff, that being a knife of course. A knife that could possibly be the knife used on the victims, but Corvin doesn't think it's the exact knife. Alastor couldn't really tell the difference.
This case was going absolutely nowhere and they think the townspeople and authorities knew it. It didn't help that the authorities didn't like Corvin in the first place since they saw him as a nag and as someone who was stealing their job.
But at least they knew they had a suspect.
