"Good morning Gorgeous! You coming to watch our game later!?" beamed James, they were inside the library, his greetings earned a hush from the library keeper. Aurora hadn't told them about the detention that McGonagall had given her, she would need to clean an old classroom with her barehands, without magic. Would be easy for a half-blood like her.

"Morning boys," She greeted them back. Placing a peck on each cheek. Their Quidditch match against the Slytherins was today. And today would also be her detention. She had no say though, she broke school rules after all.

"I heard a few whispers last night — What was it? Ah, A Ravenclaw girl running to the hallways with her pink hair? I wonder who did that," Aurora hummed quietly. Placing her book and sitting down the chair. Trailed behind her was the boys who snickered at the memory.

"About that.." Remus chuckled awkwardly, "Oh shut it, Rem. I also know that you were the one who planned this," The girl quietly said as her eyes read the words on the book. "Why haven't you told Minnie?" then James asked. Sirius and Peter were arguing about a cat and a dog being better in each other.

Aurora just shrugged, "I just wished you guys gave her a beard too." They stopped chattering, before letting out laughs, that were quickly hushed down by the library keeper, "Why didn't we think of that!" Sirius said with a hushed voice, "Because you were too busy ogling the other girls, Pads." Peter rolled his eyes.

"Don't think we've forgotten, you coming, Rory?" James asked, since the Hogsmeade date. James seemed to be more outgoing that he was. He started taking foods from the kitchen and give them to Aurora when she wakes up in the morning, probably because Lily complimented how his hair was kept, all thanks to her. Or perhaps because he noticed how Aurora had avoided eating breakfast and dinner in the Great Hall after receiving the mysterious letter. The boys would always be sitting in the common room waiting for her to wake up just so they could bug her with their crazy ideas.

One time, James tried to make a bracelet for Lily but Sirius accidentally nudged him so the knots were messed up, Aurora insisted on keeping it. Peter even said 'Ugly is the new Pretty' in attempt to cheer up James. Remus will sit beside them, reading a book and telling them ideas about their next pranks. They haven't done pranks since they met Aurora, and last night changed that.

James had a necklace with a small pebble instead of pendant. He claimed Lily gave it to him when in reality, she threw it at him. James being James, asked Remus to make a necklace out of it.

"Got to meet Minnie, I'll see you later boys!"

With that, Aurora rushed to the empty Transfiguration room where McGonagall was. Aurora went inside, charming her hair to stay up so she could start now. It was quite easy. McGonagall gave her a broom, not a working one. A charmed cloth that she will be using to wipe off the dust.

With that, she dragged the supplies and start cleaning the room. It was dusty, cobwebs all over made her cough out. Grabbing the bucket full of self filling water, she placed it at the middle of the room as she brought the broom the dust off the floor.

While cleaning, Aurora's mind was preoccupied with the events from the past days. It was fast and all a blur — only a month ago. Aurora was an invisible girl. Walking the halls of Hogwarts with no company. Only the castle ghosts greeting her in the way. Then her mind went to their werewolf friend.

Remus was merely a child when he first shifted, the girl could picture how small he was. But she didn't pity him. She knew how it was to be pitied and she didn't want Remus to think that she's only being friends with them because she's forced, 'cause she pitied him.

Aurora clutched the cloth on her hand as she wiped dust off the old mahogany table. On the other hand, Remus sat with Peter. Watching as the game started. Sirius' eyes frantically looked around — looking for Aurora. Lily sat on Remus' other side. Beside her was Marlene McKinnon together with her girlfriend, Dorcas Meadowes.

The match started, the players set off with their brooms flying. When the scene unfolded before their eyes. Immediately, the Slytherins took a point. Regulus Black played with the wind as he reached for the snitch. Behind him was Emery Wendell. Gryffindor's seeker.

Aurora swore she could've been finished if she hadn't accidentally nudged the bucket. Water poured down the polished floor.

"Merlin!"

Frustrated, Aurora cried out. Not hypothetically. Actually crying. Hot tears rolled down her tears, angered as she grabbed the bucket and threw it across the room. Breaking a clock by the cruel impact. She was never a crybaby. But her friends waited for her in the match and she hated to let them down.

They needed her support and here she was, scrubbing the floor. She felt a pain in her head. Her nose suddenly running. She didn't know what was happening but she quickly scrubbed the floor and when she was finished. She picked up the pissed of the bucket and drag the other supplies to the Transfiguration classroom where McGonagall was waiting for her to finish.

When she got to the room, McGonagall gasped in horror at the sight of the girl. Her white shirt tainted with dust. Bits of broken pieces of the clock in her hands while majority of it was inside the bucket, the broom levitated behind her, following the girl's every move.

Then a loud deafening sound broke the silence. The match was over, the same time it rang was the same time Aurora felt something thick running down her nose. Her hand immediately went to her nose when she saw the color crimson.

But determined to be there, Aurora dropped the supplies and ran her way over to the field, wiping her nose while running. Wiping the blood on her black skirt. Figures in red and orange danced around the ring as Emery Wendell held the snitch in her hand.

A relaxed sigh fell from Aurora's lips before she ran to the crowd. Looking for her friends. When she saw them, she practically threw herself at them. Kissing Sirius and James on their cheeks.

"Congratulations, boys!"
