Soha’s glare bore into Leehan as he clutched the packet in his trembling hands.
“Kid, are you in your senses right now?” she growled, snatching the packet back from him with an annoyed scowl.
“I-It’s Jaehyun hyung’s! I swear it’s his!” Leehan stammered, his voice breaking, but the officer’s patience was at its limit.
“Listen, kid,” she snapped. “This is a police station, not a playground. Leave now, or I’ll have someone drag you out!”
Sungho stepped forward, trying to maintain composure. “Officer, please. We’re not here to waste your time. Our friend’s been missing for two days, and another isn’t answering our calls. That earring—it’s his. We’re absolutely certain.”
Soha’s eyes narrowed, but her tone didn’t soften. “James, call security. I’ve had enough of these kids!”
“Wait!” Riwoo suddenly interjected, his voice steady but pleading. “Before we leave… could we just have one of the earrings? It might help us figure something out.”
The officer gave him an exasperated look before turning, grabbing one of the earrings, and tossing it to the floor. “Take it and get out of my sight.”
Riwoo carefully picked up the earring, slipping it into his pocket. Without another word, he gestured for the others to follow him out of the station.

Back in their dorms, Leehan frowned at Riwoo’s request.
“Why do you suddenly need that watch?” he asked, confused.
“Just trust me,” Riwoo replied, inspecting the earring in his hand. “I’ll explain tomorrow.”
Though reluctant, Leehan nodded. “Fine, but you’ll need to come with me to my dorm to get it.”
With a silent agreement, they all parted ways for the night, exhaustion weighing heavy on their shoulders.

The next morning, Leehan woke up with a groggy mind and heavy eyes. Sleep had evaded him once again. As he brushed his teeth, his phone buzzed with a notification.
He reached for it, blinking several times to clear his vision.
“Search for the clues. WRE???”
It was from Riwoo.
“What the—?” Leehan muttered, staring at the cryptic message. He tried calling Riwoo, but no one answered. Even his texts went unanswered.
“Must’ve been a mistake,” Leehan mumbled, attempting to convince himself, though a strange unease settled in his chest.

At the school's cafeteria, Sungho’s agitation was evident.
“Haven’t seen him since morning,” Sungho replied, his voice heavy with worry.
“What?” Woonhak and Leehan exclaimed in unison.
“I’m serious,” Sungho said, standing abruptly. “This isn’t normal. First Taesan, then Jaehyun, and now Riwoo… Something is definitely going on. Someone’s behind this.” His voice cracked, and a single tear escaped his eye.
“Hyung!” Leehan and Woonhak panicked, guiding him to sit down as they tried to calm him.
“Did Riwoo say anything last night?” Sungho asked after regaining some composure, his focus shifting to Leehan.
Leehan hesitated. “Well… he did send me a message this morning. Look.”
He handed his phone to Sungho, who stared at the message intently.
“‘WRE???’ What does that even mean?” Woonhak asked, his confusion mirroring Leehan’s.
Sungho didn’t reply. His expression hardened, his mind racing with possibilities.
“Hyung?” Leehan probed nervously.
“We’re running out of time,” Sungho muttered. “And whatever this is… we need to figure it out. Fast.”
