Life for some reason always seemed to have it out for jj maybank. I mean born poor and in a dysfunctional abusive family where Momma called it quits and left him at the reap age of seven while his dead beat dad would cope with that by drinking, gambling all of his money oh and jj's personal favorite beating the shit of his own son aka jj. That sort of spoke volume that in life he was constantly the one to get the shorter stick in every circumstance they're were to life and lets be real, he was used to it. Maybe even going as far -after many years of forcing himself to get numb towards it- he was ok with it.

However, there was just one thing that jj maybank just could not cope with or tune out. It was Something that stood at the front of his mind everyday, haunting him and evoking thousands of different emotions inside him starting a barely tamed fire and that something was actually a someone. A someone that went by Freaking Ashley Boston. Ever since third grade when he met her on the playground blue ocean like eyes and sand colored blonde hair with the tightest speck of dirt on his cheek, Ashley Boston always made him feel complicated things. And as years escalated ashley blossoming into a woman -aka going from A cups to a literal fucking d- and oh her becoming his best friend john booker routledge girlfriend things seemed to go from not just complicated but a literal tornado.

Longing stares from across the room, swallowed and bottled feelings kept tightly to the side, sadness lingering beyond certain blue eyes by the couple and the bitterness that squeezed his heart at the sight of his best friend's arms around a girl he'd love since 1st grade. JJ Maybank was a storm filled with unspoken words and hidden emotions just ready to burst.

So when a treasure hunt has started, feelings for new people had been conquered and the hurtful eyes of Ashley Boston staring up at him offering him a deal that'll literally get him killed and lose his best friend jj puts it all on the line for a night of supposedly harmless sex. Problem? He can't let it go and if there caught it could be the end of a friendship he'd had since the 3rd grade.

Hi yall don't mind the crusty musty cover I just had to hurry and release this book so I could be more motivated to write chapters as I usually next to never follow up and actually finish the books I started or even started writing the first chapter after the intro.
