Addison's pov

God I'm so tired my mind was racing all night long I keep thinking about everything that happend yesterday and I don't know what to do about Meredith. Although it did make me see that I don't love Derek before I was only mad that Meredith would lie to me I didn't care if Derek cheated so even tho I may be confused about Mer, but I deside that I'm going to divorce Derek  so at least that's clear. 

Addison may not know what's going on but she might know somebody who could know Dr. Bailey aka the Natize people only knew her as the badass people still know her as that but when she meet Meredith grey people sall something they never thought they would a soft side, nobody knew why but she took a liking t her group of interns and especially took a liking to Meredith she never favored her but she tread he like a daughter. If eneybody knew what was going on with her it would be Dr. Bailey 

As I walked into the hospital I kepped my eyes open for Dr. Bailey at least half the day went by before she sall Dr.Bailey once she sall her she went after her

"Dr. Bailey!" I yell trying to catch up with her 

"Dr.Bailey!"  She yelled a little louder slowing down a bit once she caught up to her 

"Dr.Bailey I was calling you" I sead a little annoyed 

"I am fully aware Dr.Montgomery but I am a vary busses surgeon so you might want to make this quick." She sead in her usual natiz voice even tho I'm above her she still scares me a bit

"It's about Meredith" I say I can tell she know I'm concerned because she turns around vary quickly 

"What's wrong?!" I can see she's worried 

Bailey's pov

I wip my whole body around to face Dr. Montgomery I love all of my interns and I worried about all of them but especially Meredith over time I've noticed some consurning things about her.

like how when she spaces out or is super focused she'll grab her arms, hard! when ever she lets go her arm is red and has indents ware she dug her nails into her skin,  shell skip lunch to work or pratics things, she jumps at everything too. I'm a doctor so I know consurning behaver but its not enuf for me to do everything, but I know Meredith and Dr. Montgomery have started becoming closer so may she knows something I don't truly I'm worried about her.  

"What's wrong?!" I say a little too loud

"Well-" I cut her off by dragging her into a hallway away from everyone  

"Ok tell me now" I relley hope its nothing bad by Montgomery 

"Well it happend yestrday when I sall her and Derek walk out of and on-call room tougher  I went to confront her...." she starts to lower her voice and trial off 

"And???" I ask "Yell..." I spuint at her 

"What did you do?" 

"Ok...so I may have gotten pissed and shoved her agents the wall in the on call room" 

"WHAT!" I yell oh my god tge thought of her hurting one of my interns makes my book booil 

"I know I know but that's not important right now" ok now she's pleading to me with her eyes now I'm freaking out 

"ok keep going" 

"Well once o did that I was waking my hand around because of how frustrated I was and she FLINCHED I was surprised and I took a step back she fell to the floor eventually she curled into a ball abd I sall bruises and I think cuts on her arms" the fact that she sead it in one breath was kinda impressive but I could barely tell what she sead the parts I did get were not good!
