START CHAPTER 2:
Narrator's POV: At an unknown secret location, a wolf begins her day as she had for the past 7 years, practically alone except for her Wisp companions.
Whisper's POV: *Gazes at the clock hanging on the wall in one of her private enclave rooms which reads 6 AM in the morning.* Well, it is time for me to get up. *I have a long day ahead of me. *I think to myself as I get out of my bed.*
Narrator's POV: *As Whisper gets out of bed and begins her daily routine, she is greeted by her pet Wisps as they can sense her waking up and getting out of bed.*
Cyan "Laser" Wisp's POV: *I, like my other Wisp colleagues, am delighted to see that Whisper is awake.* Good morning Master! We are so happy to see that you are awake! Are you ready to get started on your day? *I ask Whisper in a joyful tone.*
Whisper's POV: *I softly giggle as I hear Laser's cheerful comment through my Diamond Cutter mask.* It is great to see you too Laser. Also, please, just call me Whisper. I really appreciate the whole "master" thing but you don't have to do that for me. *I reply to Laser in my usual soft voice with a wry smile on my face as I put on some casual home clothes.*
Cyan "Laser" Wisp's POV: *I chuckle at Whisper's comment and her insistence on being called by her first name.* Alright then! If you insist Whisper. Now then, I and the others are already making breakfast for you, specifically egg sandwiches. They will be ready soon so we will be in the kitchen waiting for you. Alright, Whisper? *I ask Whisper in an energetic tone as my eyes connote that I am smiling even though I don't have a mouth or lips.*
Whisper's POV: *I couldn't help but smile at Laser's statement that he and the other Wisps were making food for me.* Thank you so much, Laser. I truly appreciate you and the others making me breakfast even though you don't have to. I will be there shortly. *I say to Laser with a soft smile on my face as I head over to a different part of my humble abode.*
Cyan "Laser" Wisp's POV: *I nod my head in understanding at Whisper's reply.* Okay Whisper! See you there then! *I call out to Whisper as I float away towards the kitchen area to re-group with my Wisp friends.*
Whisper's POV: *I head back into my bedroom and open the closet in order to retrieve my Diamond Cutter gear which includes a cream-colored tube top, light gray leggings, a black and dark gray cloak, dark gray knee sleeves, black knee and elbow pads, dark gray arm sleeves, dark gray and light gray gloves, black, dark gray and light gray boots and a cream, light gray and dark gray mask. I then set all of this equipment and clothes on my bed before heading into my bathroom. In there, I put my biscotti yellow hair into a ponytail with a black hair tie and then applied a light gray eyeshadow on myself. Once I am done, I proceed to the kitchen where my Wisp pets are waiting for me.
