The Sternritters tell their senseis they didn't need to worry about their training.

Kakashi came to pick up Sasuke the next day.
Hiashi finally decided to tell Neji the truth. Neji was skeptical until he read his father's letter. Hiashi asked for Neji's forgiveness. Neji told him there was no need to ask him that.
Naruto started the Sternritters training. He trained them all individually using clones. The one he felt needed his personal guidance was Shikamaru. Since unlike the rest he lacked motivation. He decided to teach them Blut, Hirenkyaku, Reishi Manipulation, Discipline, Schatten(The ability to use shadows to teleport ), Swordmanship and Vollständig.
Jiraiya came back to the village to inform Hiruzen of Akatsuki's threat. After that he went to the hotsprings to peep.

"So do you guys think is gonna win the tournament. I bet that Naruto kid is gonna win it." Anko
"Lee will mop the floor with the competition." Guy
"Naruto probably. Since the kid's change. Most of the Genin have been effected by it. Choji and Ino never had abilities like that." Asuma
"That bow technique. Lee did say Naruto taught him that." Guy
"Most likely Naruto is teaching our students. Considering they didn't need our help with their training." Kurenai
"I can't wait to see how strong they become." Anko
"Who knows they might even surpass us." Asuma

The month went by fast.
After their grueling training the Sternritters matured greatly. Even the lazy Shikamaru developed more enthusiasm. Although he still had some laziness. He did not show it in front of Naruto.
Chunin Exams Stadium
On top of the arena
"Finally it is time for the finale" Thought Hiruzen
The Kazekage arrived with his bodyguards

After a few minutes Lee appeared in the arena.
"Is that Lee. He looks older now." Neji thought
"Time for Lee to beat her. Nice clothes he's got now(Lee's Sternritter robe).That is huge improvement from Sensei's track suit" Tenten
