Two years after the last book
Daniel's pov
I woke up saw it was three in the morning and my husband was asleep so I carefully got up and went outside and sat on the stage
Daniel:(sighs)everything is fine now why can't I sleep we destroyed metal sonic and eggheads machines so what's
Tails:hey you ok
Daniel:I don't know,just couldn't sleep I'm sorry if I woke you
Tails:you didn't, but I did hear the back door,now come on let's go back to bed
Daniel:ok,hey tails
Tails:yeah babe
Daniel:I think it's time for that vacation and I know where to go
Tails:oh um ok where
Daniel:your old house before this one that we live in now,just a nice little relaxing getaway after everything we've been through, so what do you say
Tails:(yawns) sure but let's get some sleep first
Daniel:ok let's go back to bed then hon
The next morning 9:30am
Me and Tails got up and got the plane ready to go and we flew to tails old house after landing the plane we went up to the house but I stopped before we got to the door
Tails:babe what is it
I quickly accessed my speed and got us away from the house in time before

Tails pov
I looked back at my old home now in pieces then I glanced at my husband and saw he wasn't moving so I ran over to him
Tails:Daniel,Daniel,come on wolf pup don't leave me(listens for a heartbeat and hears it,sighs in relief)ok I thought I lost you
Daniel:mmm ta tails
Tails: hey you gave me a scare there for minute
Daniel:sorry I was just trying to protect you and the blast was big enough that I was knocked out so what now
Tails:I don't know
