It was early morning and I was wide awake just laying in bed staring at the ceiling until Tails laid on his side and wrapped his arms around me and I smiled at this and started to pet him then he started purr as he opened his eyes and saw me awake
Tails:you ok,why are you awake
Daniel:I umm I just can't sleep(glares at me knowing that I'm lying) ok I'm afraid to fall asleep
Tails:because of the night before
Daniel:yeah,I'm ridiculous huh
Tails got on top of me and kissed me then rubbed my side “babe you don't need to be afraid ok,nothings going to happen” he got off me and we cuddled and went back to sleep
10am
I was woken up by Tails when he came over and started to pet and rub my chest and belly and then I started to nuzzle him and hugged his tails and he laughed so I opened my eyes hearing his voice
Daniel:mmm morning baby
Tails:morning hon,how'd you sleep
Daniel:better this time umm did I
Tails:no I'm fine,do you want some tea
Daniel:yeah umm mint please
Tails:sure,what do you want for breakfast
Daniel: I'm good just the tea is fine
We went to the kitchen and tails handed me the cup of tea and I went to the couch and started watching vampire diaries then eventually I got hungry and I saw it was 12:30 so I paused the DVD and Tails noticed and sat his book down
Tails:you ok
Daniel:yeah I'm just hungry
Tails:what do you want and I'll fix it
Daniel:it's ok I got it
I gave him a kiss and went to the kitchen and tried to get everything I needed but when I turned around I tripped going around the step stool and fell while dropping the pans in my hand
CRASH
Tails:Daniel! (Runs over to him) what happened,are you ok
He helped me get up and sit in a chair
Daniel:yeah I just tripped,sorry
Tails:for what,nothing got broken and your fine right
Daniel:yeah but I was talking about worrying you again,I've ether hurt you or worried you and I'm sorry I'm so sorry babe
Tails:hey hey it's ok nobody did anything wrong, now what did you want to eat
Daniel:I was going to fix a sandwich and tomato soup but when I got the pans out I forgot about the foot stool sitting there and I tripped
Tails:I'll fix the sandwich if you want to fix the soup
Daniel:ok
After we ate I went to lay down in our room and Tails came over and nuzzled me,I smiled and pulled him close to me
Daniel:Tails thanks for not giving up on us like I did,I'm so sorry that I almost messed things up
Tails:hey(starts rubbing my side) everything's going to be ok, and I'm fine ok
As he got up he held out his hand and I grabbed it as he dragged me over to the couch and I laid in his lap as we watched a historical documentary
Tails pov
After I finally calmed my husband I dragged him over to the couch as he laid in my lap as we were watching a historical documentary for a couple hours and when it was over an hour later Daniel was still in my lap but now he's asleep and saw it was 7:30pm so I just carefully carried him to bed and we cuddled the rest of the night
