"congratulations for your new song and your future album by the way," he said with a peaceful smile on his face.
alyana looked at him with the same smile and nodded with a little thank you. the both of them didn't see each other for one year now because of their own career but they've exchange some texts so when shawn knew he would be in the same city than her, he ask to see her.
"how are you ?" she asked softly. she saw the post he made two months ago when he needed to cancel his tour for his mental health but never dared to contact him about that. "im feeling better now," he smiled at her. "i spend some times with my family and im feeling great !"
"im happy for you." aly laughed a bit when she felt so different now, talking to him, like he was just a friend but in the past he was one of her best friend. "and you ? i know about timothée," he confessed, lowering his head.
the mood suddenly calmed down when her ex-boyfriend's name was mentioned, as always a heartache hit her. "ups and downs," she whispered, pulling away from him a bit.
