A little story

This will have some heavy things in it. Don't read if you're uncomfy with smoking, death. And angst. Read at your own expense.

Atsumu was currently running from his brother, who was pissed at him. Though he doesn't blame osamu, he did accidentally tell osamu's crush that osamu liked him, tried to gaslight the poor guy to fix it, turns out. The guy likes osamu too. Atsumu is in a shit ton of trouble. So where does he run? His boyfriend's house.

"Ri!!" atsumu desperately banged on the door, he had ran to rintarou's house. Desperate for safety against his pissed off twin.

Suna heard the banging, he was in his room vaping. So he put away his vape and went to the door, opening it. Nearly being knocked over by atsumu. But none the less, he shut and locked the door.

"Atsumu? What's wrong love?" suna asked softly, kissing atsumu on the head. "Osamu is chasing me, please I didn't mean to text his crush" atsumu spoke frantically "woah woah. Baby it's fine. What happened?" Suna frowned, worried for his boyfriend. "I may or may not have, texted Samu's crush. Thinking it was him. Tried to gaslight the guy, found out he likes osamu and now the two are in a mess" Atsumu explained in a rush.

"Sometimes I wonder if you have a brain" Suna sighed, shaking his head. "Whatever" the blonde whined, just as a banging on the door happened, it shook the door too. "RIN!? IS TSUMU IS THERE!?" Osamu yelled. "No! Try kita's!" the brunette called back and watched as a pissed off osamu left, surprisingly easily. Atsumu was currently in need of new pants...

A few minutes later results in the couple curled up together, with atsumu in only suna's hoodie and a pair of boxers. "So, staying with me?" suna asked, "yep" atsumu replied. The couple happy to just be together, glad osamu won't be bothering them tonight.

The next night..

Atsumu is with suna again, the two are fast asleep, but atsumu isn't sleeping to well, a nightmare crawling into his mind, screaming at him that he'll lose his boyfriend, he'll lose him to suna's addiction, he'll never see suna one day, and he could loose himself too, he could lose everything, his sun, his joy. Al to his joy's painful addiction.

He woke up screaming "NOOO!" he cried, or had he already been crying either way. Suna's arms were around him again "baby? Wants wrong?" suna mumbled,

Atsumu's pov:

I could hear him, but all I could smell was what could kill him, sure i'm just paranoid but I can't help it. I've been worried ever since he started, i expressed this and he brushed me off! I can't help but be worried now! It's all I think off, and I don't know what to do, or if I should say anything! Would it be rude if i did? Would this be the end of us!? No! NO! It can't be the end of us!

I can't lose him...I don't want to lose him.

"Babe!" suna shouted, snapping me out my spiral. Oh right..he's still with suna, suna is alive. Suna won't die, right?

Wrong.. His brain supplies, great. He doesn't need this right now. "Babe!" Rin snapped, and I jolted, scarred. "For fuck's sake..i've been calling your name for five minutes, what's-" "can I go home?" I asked, just wanting my twin, so what if the nightmare was about rin? It didn't matter, i'd lose him anyways, might as well not give myself false hope over him.

"Alright..but in the morning, just" he pulled me into his lap, letting me hide my face in his neck "stay with me right now" I could feel him reaching for his vape, I know keeps it at the bedside, within reach. And it i could feel it's cold metal on my thigh when he brought it down from his dry ass lips. All i could do was sob and try not to breathe that in, i don't wanna get sick again..my immune system already sucks ass.

I got a whiff of it, and I started sneezing, which made suna shoo away the smoke, putting away his vape, "shit I forgot-" he seems to apoligizing for gorgetting a lot.. It doesn't matter at this point, i've told him, so, so many times i didn't like him doing it, even after he got me sick, he continued. I held little hope he would stop, even for me, his partner of many years.

But my fears will soon be reality, won't they?
