#1213. The Comfort Cravings Method

THIS METHOD IS MADE BY ME

NOTE ABOUT THE METHOD: You have to be a little hungry to be craving to eat and drink something. (But don't be too hungry, and don't be too thirsty because then you won't be able to focus on the method at night itself!)

STEP 1; Now that you're a little bit hungry and little bit of thirsty; you will start thinking about what you are craving to eat and drink.

Your 2 cravings will be a DR-food and a DR-drink of your choice.

STEP 2; You will then imagine that you are eating your DR-food and DR-drink repeatedly in a DR-dinner setting with your DR-comfort character [example: kitchen, cafe]. (Basically you are imagining that you are eating dinner with drinking a beverage with your comfort character at a place where you would eat food at).

STEP 3; As you eat dinner with your comfort character, repeat shifting affirmations to yourself EVERY time you eat your DR-food and drink your DR-drink. And use your senses to imagine the smell of your food & drink, feel it, and taste it, etc.

STEP 4 (LAST STEP); Keep on repeating that scene of you eating dinner with your comfort character in your DR, into your mind.

Repeat it to yourself multiple times until you fall asleep. You should then wake up in your DR, having dinner with your comfort character.
