SLEEPING SHIFTING METHOD
--This method is based off of the "A Snow Globe Christmas" movie.
STEP 1: Think about which DR you want to shift to.
STEP 2: Imagine that a snow globe hits you on the head (that gives you a concussion). And it makes you fall down on the floor, as it makes you fall asleep and close your eyes.
STEP 3 (LAST STEP): When you open your eyes naturally, you should then wake up in your DR.
