THE PILLOW FACE SHIFTING METHOD: 

[This is a sleeping shifting method] 


NOTE FOR THIS METHOD: For this method,  use real lemons to make real lemon juice. Don't use fake lemons because fake lemon juice doesn't work for this. 

STEPS FOR THIS SHIFTING METHOD:

STEP !: Put boiling hot water in a cup. 


STEP 2: Get a real lemon and squeeze some of its lemon juice into the hot water.

STEP 3: Then put the full lemon into the cup of hot water.

STEP 4: Get a saucer (or something) to cover the top of the cup. Leave it covered on the top for 10 minutes. 


STEP 5: After 10 minutes have passed, take the saucer (it's the thing that is covering the top of the cup). Basically, take off the thing that is covering the top of the cup. 


STEP 6: Watch your show, or go back to whatever thing you were doing before .


STEP 7: While you are doing something that you chose to do, slowly sip the hot lemon-water until it's all gone. (You will have to do this 30 minutes before you go to sleep). 


STEP 8: Get a piece of paper and write your shifting safe word on it (it's the word that you chose yourself that you will use to leave your DR). Your safe word has to be something that you can visualize in your mind while you are writing it. And use your senses. 


Example(s:) If it's a cake, imagine eating it and using your senses to smell it.

If it's a pocket watch, imagine hearing the loud ticking sound of it go off.

NOTE FOR THIS METHOD: This works because your safe word will come to you in a whisper, and the lemon juice helps you with concentration and memory. 


STEP 9: Put your safe word paper under your pillow (like the pillow shifting method).


STEP 10 (LAST STEP): Go to sleep, and you should wake up in your DR.
