Doug's POV:

"Tell me something Hinge, you think Shelly would like the idea of Daisy actually suffering?" I asked Hinge, sitting at the desk down in the school basement where the bad kids were kept. "Probably. Shelly most definitely hates the fact that her sister acts better than her." Hinge listed a great possibility. I made a fair face, then nodded my head. Hearing the door open, all of us looked up to see Arnold. The drug addict who I bullied every day since junior year. "Hey Arni boy." I said, leaning my head on Hinge's shoulder next to me as I looked back to face Arnold. He pushed up his nerdy glasses, and I couldn't help but just continue to stare. Then I thought of it. "Hinge, I got the perfect idea."

Daisy's POV after school:

"You know, I think you'd really like my friend. He gets bullied by Doug and his goons so he would know how you feel." Glenn said, strolling himself next to me as we headed for the school doors with our stuff. "But you get bullied by them, and I've already seen how terrible that is." I responded, looking down at my feet as I walked slower. I was dreading going home because I didn't feel safe there. Shelly came and went as she pleased. With, or without her friends. And if they came, they tormented all of us. Especially our dad.

"His name is Arnold Mosk. Have you heard of him?" Glenn asked, I thought, then remembered. "The boy caught for doing drugs?" I asked, confused. Glenn nodded. "He's a nice guy, though. There are a lot of things I have in common with him." Glenn chuckled, I was assuming he made that joke because of his bully situation like Arnold. "Well, I hope Doug is put to an end one day. He doesn't know what he's putting other people through." I said, shaking my head a little. Hearing Glenn's squeaky wheelchair wheels stop, I looked up at Glenn to see him staring up. I looked ahead to see Doug standing there, leaning against the lockers with his arms crossed. "How lovey dovey of you, Glenn." Doug smirked, pushing off the lockers and taking a few steps toward us. "Talking about Arnold, I see? What kind of person knows a drug addict like you, Glenn? Surely you wouldn't know. You're all, 'Oh, I have good grades, blah blah blah'." Doug tormented, looking over to me with a smile.

"Daisy, isn't it? We haven't officially met. I've only heard bad things about you." Doug smirked, I could feel my cheeks flush red. Doug held out his hand, making me snarl and look up to him from his hand. "You think I'm bad? You're dating a slut." I said, seeing Doug step forward, no longer having a smirk on his face. "Here's the thing, Shelly isn't a slut. She just runs with the big dogs." Doug smiled, I took a step back and giggled. "You think your gang is the big dogs?" I laughed another time before hearing a bang against the lockers. It was the gang of Doug's goons. I quickly looked at Glenn, then to Doug. "Look, we're not here for any trouble. Just leave us alone." I said, looking behind Doug at the group staring at us. "You think we care? You continue to fuck with Shelly. So why don't we fuck with you?" Doug said, the group running towards us, Doug pushed me against the locker onto the right side. Holding me by my wrists against the medal. I could see one of his goons put Glenn in a headlock. "Stop! I'm sorry! Please don't hurt him!" I begged, looking into Doug's eyes.

"You gonna go to the principle again?" Doug asked, an eyebrow raised. I shook my head. "No! I promise! Just please, don't hurt him. He did nothing wrong." I said, staring into Doug's eyes. He laughed, then let go of me. "You heard it here boys. She promised." Doug said, going up to Glenn, smacking his face gently a few times before his goons let him go. "Better keep your word. Or we'll be back, this time..." Doug said, stepping near my face. "For you." Doug finished his sentence, laughing with his group as they walked away.

I watched them walk down the hall then to the left, sighing as I looked toward Glenn. "You okay?" I asked him, Glenn shook his head. "You don't realize what you've just done Daisy." Glenn said, strolling up to me and grabbing my hand. "They're going to bully you now." Glenn said, shaking his head as he pushed away from me. "You should have never stuck up for me! You don't realize how much they're going to hurt you now!" Glenn's face was filled with sorrow, and anger. "What did you expect me to do? Just sit back and watch them beat up my best friend? No way! I care about you Glenn, and I wasn't going to let that happen. Besides, I already deal with them because of Shelly." I said, seeing Glenn stroll up to me again. He grabbed my hand gently, his face was red, it almost looked like... he was blushing. "Daisy... that's the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me." Glenn smiled sweetly, my heart clenched and my body filled up with warmth. "Daisy, will you go out with me? I've wanted to ask you for a long time, but now I'm sure I want to be with you forever." Glenn asked, I smiled and nodded my head. "I would love to go out with you!" I blushed, bending down to kiss my now new boyfriend.

Glenn kissed back, only for a second before we pulled away. "Do you want to come to my place tonight? Mom's making dumplings and soup." Glenn asked, I nodded. "I'd love to." I smiled, holding Glenn's hand as he pushed his wheelchair with one hand. Glenn was perfect for me. He was Asian American. He had black hair that was a buzz cut. He wore mainly collared shirts that were from a cheap store up town. He went with bland colors like tan or white. Glenn wasn't a fashion icon, but he was lovely. I couldn't help but keep my smile on my face.

Doug's POV:

As we peaked over the lockers to Glenn and Daisy, we hear the whole conversation of Glenn asking Daisy out. When I see Daisy kiss Glenn, I scoff and turn around, walking down the hall as the gang follows. "Do you have the stuff?" I asked Eddie beside me, and he nodded, pulling out the bag of white powder. I smirked, looking at Hinge and Porky. "You saw her locker and got the combo?" I asked the two, and they nodded and handed me a small sheet of paper. "Perfect." I smiled, adding a skip to my steps as we hurried down the hall to begin our plan.
