"Kacchan.." Izuku sniffles
"You're finally awake.." Izuku teared out
"Wha-?" Katsuki was out of the room, he was very confused, why Izuku, his fiance crying
"You were crying in your sleep, and I couldn't wake you up.." Izuku sobbed out
"I-..I don't want to lose you again!" Izuku continued, adjusting sadness in his words
Katsuki then managed to sit on his bed but soon grunted
"Urgh-"
"Mommy!" Karuko said
"Maa!! You're finally awake!!" Katzuka said

Katsuki then looked at Izuku who was still crying
"Whose kids are they..?" Katsuki spoke leaving everyone silent
"M-Mommy..,?" Karuto voiced out
"Kacchan, their ours.. you don't remember..?" Izuku whispered at katsuki, still frozen on his knees
"What-? I never have kids-" Katsuki was cut out by Izuku kissing him.
"Let's go to the hospital. There's something wrong with you.., *sigh* kids go to your room, daddy will tell Nana to take care of you guys, okay..?" Izuku said
"O-..Otay.." both of the twins said at the same time
