Park Sunghoon wasn't a happy person.

Not by any means.

He walked around with a scowl on his face, earbuds in, and hands in his pockets.

It was only when he was around his friends that he smiled.

"Hey man, ready for Phys Ed?"

Sunghoon looked up to see his friend Jake, a smile on his face and carrying his backpack with one strap.

The pair of boys were juniors at Cheonsa Private College in South Korea. The beautiful campus spanned over five blocks and boasted to have one of the best soccer teams and an all-star cheerleading team on their sports rosters.

Jake and Sunghoon had been friends since high school, and could always count on one another to cheer the other up.

"Yeah I'm ready I guess. Are you going to swim?"

"Yep. You should join. Extra practice never hurts."

"I guess you're right. Let's stop by the locker rooms."

Sunghoon took out his earbuds and followed Jake as they walked towards the pool building.

As they were walking by the lunch area, Sunghoon happened to look to his side, and made eye contact with a boy.

The boy was a bit smaller than him, pretty black hair, perfectly tailored uniform, with a Hello Kitty backpack, eating an omelet with rice.

"Earth to Park. Sunghoon are you there buddy?"

Sunghoon quickly blinked.

"Huh?"

"You were staring at something. Did you see a ghost?"

"No...it's just...never-mind. Let's go."

Sunghoon put his hand on Jake's shoulder and they walked away.

Kim Sunoo's eyes followed the tall boy and his friend while they walked away.

He had this feeling in his chest, one he hadn't really felt before.

His friend sat down across from him, staring.

"Sunoo? You alright?"

Sunoo turned to him.

"Yeah. I'm okay Heeseung."

"Are you sure? You're not sick are you? I can take you to the nursing faculty."

"No, no, I'm good. Have you eaten?"

"Not yet. Thinking of getting what you have."

"You should. And ask for cheese. It helps a lot."

"Of course, Mr. Food Expert."

Sunoo smiled, continuing to eat his food.

"Where is Jay by the way? Don't tell me he's skipping class.", Heeseung asked.

"He said he may be late. He'll meet us in class."

"Heh. Late. Always late with that guy."

"Heeseung, I want to ask you something."

"Hm?"

"You're on the swim team. Who's that guy that's friends with Sim Jaeyun?"
