I stood in the mirror to check my self out one last time, my boyfriend of three years, Kevin Love entered the room.
"Abigail, babe? are you ready, it's already six we have to leave by seven. Are you ready?" Kevin asked sort of impatiently.

We arrived at the premiere, Kevin parked the car and we got out the car.
A blue carpet was laid out for cast members.

It was time for the movie showing.

I walked around to the drivers side, got in, buckled up and started the car.
I guess Kevin figured I'd leave him so he quickly got into the passengers side.

When we got home I ran straight for the kitchen I kicked my heels off grabbed a glass, opened the wine chiller door and grabbed a bottle.

That's when I did it I took my ring off, yes we're engaged.
I placed the ring on the counter.

"Abigail, is this about Cody?"

I started to walk away figuring he had nothing else to say.
