Aberardus and Melonie.
Aberardus works as a knight, to support his family. He has a husband, and daughter from a past marriage. He spends most of his time working for his king, to make ends meat. When he isn't working however, he's the cook of the house. He has a large passion of cooking, and loves to improve himself any time he can. He knows he Isn't the perfect father, but he wants to try to better himself as much as he can. Sometimes, you just need to believe in yourself to become a better person.
Melonie is Aberardus's daughter. She's 10 years old, and in the third grade. She loves spending time with her fathers, and is trying to strengthen her bond with her step father, Phillip. She's been obsessed with rainbows, and will wear a rainbow related shirt any time she can. She usually wears her hair in a bun, but decided to wear her hair in a ponytail today.
