??? POV:

"They noticed us." He says.

"We'll be fine. As long we keep our distance, they won't be suspicious."

The two men give one final glance at our direction before continuing their conversation with each other. They're probably making sure we're not eavesdropping.

"Takeda Takemura and..." Theodore takes a moment to recognise the other man beside the Takemura family lieutenant. "That one is named Seraph, right?"

"Yeah. It is." I affirm.

"It's that Seraph? Isn't it?" Theo asks in a lower tone. Though that wouldn't matter since no one is close to us.

"Yep. The Amaris Seraph." I smile as I say the name of the once-great family.

"Huh. So they are alive..." Theo responds in awe as he looks at the supposedly dead heir. "He looks just him."

"Yeah..." I would've thought I saw a ghost if I wasn't sure of it. "That means Abdiel was correct."

"Meaning we have to officially go through with the plan..." Theodore places his hand on his chin. "Are you ready, sir?"

"Regardless if it was going to be Plan A or B, I was going to be ready either way." I nod towards my lieutenant. "Get everyone else ready, Theo. The action will start soon."

"Understood." Theodore turns to head back to the mansion's emergency exit.

He suddenly stops after a few steps, noticing me not following. "Is something wrong, sir?"

"Don't worry, it'll only be for a moment, Theo." I reassure the worried lieutenant. "Just wanna sightsee for a second."

I see hesitation in Theodore's features, wanting to ask further before relenting. I notice him glance at the two men, before looking back to me. "Okay. Just... don't stay outside for too long, alright? It looks like it's gonna be quite a storm today."

I look up at clouds that have already started gathering, their presence has already blocked out the sun. "I'll be back before it even starts. Trust me." I wink at the concerned man, reassuring him.

"I always have sir." Theodore gives a quick bow to me. "...And I always will."

"And I will forever thank you for that, Theo." I give a smile of gratitude to the loyal lieutenant. "Take care."

Theo gives one last nod before resuming his objective, returning the smile to me before turning his back to me. He leaves me alone in the vineyard; Alone to spectate the two men in the balcony.

It'll just be a moment.

Just... wanna see him again.

Even if it isn't...

It's not... the real him.

"Just his kid..."

He looks just like you Uriel.

I'd be lying if I said that I only came here to make sure that it really was Seraph.

The resemblance is unmistakable...

If there's one thing that kid definitely has over his old man, the eyes is definitely one of them.

Even here, their Steel-gray is quite the enthralling sight.

Definitely need a close-up look up of them...

-well, not right now, obviously. That would just blow my cover.

If he wants the plan to be like this, might as well do it how he wants it.

And since there is an Amaris alive currently... we're gonna have to take the second option.

"It'll be plan B then." I whisper to myself. I shouldn't waste anymore time.

But before I leave, I take one last look to the two men. The next generation of both of their family lines.

And one last glance to Amaris.

I wonder how he's like? How different is he from him?

I'll see soon enough.

It'll be time to see him up close and personal.

His eyes, up close and personal...

I let out a quiet laugh to myself. "Beautiful eyes."

"Angel Eyes."
