Chapter 9♡

Jin quickly enters his house with the widest grin on his face. Cheeks and ears red. His eomma calls him "Jin, you home? How was the day? What all fun did you do today?"

Jin looks at kitchen's direction from where his eomma was asking him questions "Eomma I will tell you everything. I will quickly get fresh and come downstairs."

"Hm, come fast dinner is ready and your appa also will be home soon"

Jin tumbles up the stairs and runs towards his room. He quickly jumps on bed, burying his face in the pillow, he screams. Happiness overflowing. It was feeling like heaven. He turns and now lies on his back smiling he brings his fingers to his lips and touches it. He squeals and kicks his legs in air in extreme joy. He gets up on bed and starts fanning his heated face.

Entering the bathroom, he checks his face and ears which are still red. He quickly washes his face and hands and heads down to have dinner.

While having dinner Jin's eomma spoke "so what did you do today Jin with your friends?...... and wait"

Jin who was taking scooping rice from the cooker and adding in his plate, stops his actions when his eomma says " Jin! You have already scooped 2 big spoons of rice and now you are again scooping third time. I told you to control your hunger. Don't overeat. Always eat two spoon less. Jungkook is the perfect boyfriend anyone could ever ask for. I would be beyond happy to have him as son in law but he will be scared by seeing your eating habits. I'm still hoping you would start to maintain your figure and go find someone for yourself. I don't think boys would ever ask you with this kind of appearance!"

"Sorry eomma"

"Jin don't be mad OK. Eomma is saying it all for your sake. See all the girls and boys of your age are so slim and trim. Right? So you too want to look handsome and slim like them right?" Said his appa

His parents every word poked Jin's heart like a needle. With head low he finished his dinner. Going near the sink, he washed his plate while trying to control his tears.

While laying on bed Jin was thinking about the day that he had spend with his friends, with Jungkook. That scenery of firelies near the lake which he enjoyed with Jungkook, pictures which they took together. And the kiss. He knows Jungkook has got interested in him but does he deserve Jungkook. That's the only question which is lingering in his mind.

As the professor was done teaching, he said "so students as you know only one and a half months is left for your final exams and practicals and then all my lovely, bratty students will be finally graduated" He says while wiping his fake tears to which whole class giggles. Professor continues "So after two weeks our school will be helding a farewell party. Further information about farewell is on notice board. So, that's it." After hearing about the farewell party the whole class echoes with an 'woah' and after doing the small announcement about the farewell, professor exists the class.

In break, all the students were gathered around the notice panel

'Farewell' Jungkook thinks and looks at Jin who was standing at a distance with Jimin reading the notice. Jin looks at him and Jungkook smiles at Jin but Jin just stares and then walks away.

Namjoon and Jungkook were sitting in the cafeteria eating their turkey sandwich, when Jungkook starts the conversation "um... Joon, I want thinking.... How about if I propose Jin on farewell day?" Namjoon lifts his head up to look at Jungkook, surprised and happy

"Really bro! Wow I'm mean I so happy for you. Finally you're gonna propose Jin"

"But- but now I saw Jin and I smiled at him but he just stared at me and walked away and..." He comes closer near Namjoon's ear and whispers "yesterday we kissed yesterday but now he's not even smiling at me"

"Woah you guys even shared you first kiss. Hey! Maybe he's just shy. Don't worry and start preparing for your proposal. Fighting" Namjoon says and pats on Jungkook's shoulder.

Jungkook

Only five days are remaining for farewell. I've wrote a letter for Jin and even many more surprises. May God Lord give me the courage to propose him without messing anything. I don't want to assume but I feel like Jin is distancing himself from me. It is making me lose my hope. But then again I should not just jump on conclusions afterall he was the one who kissed me first. So that means he has feelings for me.

I also noticed that Jin doesn't eat much. I think he is letting his insecurities overpower him. I loved how he ate that day when he was with me. When he stuffed his cheeks with food and the way his cheeks puffed out. He chews food like an alpaca and that's so cute.

That was the second best day of my life. Because first one was when I met Jin for the first time, when we were kids.

It was the day. The day I'm going to propose Jin. I'm ridiculously nervous. My palms are sweating. I wore a red sequin jacket on white plane tshirt tucked in black leather pants. I insert my hand in my pocket to check the letter inside it. Me, Namjoon,Yoongi and Hoseok entered the lounge. The farewell has started and everyone are dancing and enjoying under the dim disco lights.
