ENID'S POV
I was walking around the school when I crashed into Wednesday.
"Oh uh, hi," I say
"Where are you off to?" She asks
"I'm gonna go talk to Yoko," I say quickly as I smile at her
"Be back at the dorm before dark and don't get hurt on the way there," She says, walking off. I smile and skip away, happy that she cares for me. I get to Yoko's dorm, and I knock
"Yoko, open up," I say, knocking again. The door then opens, and Yoko looks at me confused
"What?" She asks
"What does it mean when someone feels like home?" I ask she then looks at me in shock and pulls me into her dorm.
"Repeat what you said to me just then for Divina, please," Yoko says
"What does it mean when someone feels like home?" I ask again a bit confused
"Who, what, when, why, and how?" Divina asks in shock
"I don't see the problem," I say, confused
"Who?" She asks
"Wednesday," I say awkwardly
"No, no Enid, no," Yoko says as she sits next to Divina
"Why, she's nice, and she cares about it," I say
"Nope, nope, find someone else," She says
"But I, I think I love her, she feels like home to me, and I feel like I don't need to hide anything from her," I say, looking down slightly upset
"I understand that, but Enid, it's Wednesday," Divina says
"So what, I like her, and I'm gonna tell her," I say as I stomp my foot
"You have our luck, and no matter what our support," Yoko says as Divina nods in agreement
"Thank you," I say, smiling happily
"Go get your girl, Sinclair." Divina says, laughing a little
"I will," I say as I walk out
"Welp, she's gonna die," Yoko and Divina say in sync they both then look st each other and laugh. I roll my eyes as I walk back to my dorm. I walk in, and Wednesday is sitting on my side of the room on my bed. I look at her confused as I close the door behind and walk to my side.
"What's going on?" I ask, confused
"Enid, we, we need to talk." Wednesday says I look at her scared.
"What, what about?" I ask
"I don't know how to describe this but, It would appear I have taken a liking to you and I understand if you do not share the same feelings as me but I would just like to allow you to know" Wednesday says
"I, I like you too," I say as I jump towards her
"Very well then." Wednesday nods
"Show some emotion to this, please," I beg
"Fine." She rolls her eyes as she smiles slightly. I then cup her face and pull her in for a kiss. When we pull away, I see a smile on her face
"A smile," I squeal. "I made you smile," I say excitedly
"Calm down." Wednesday says
"Oh, another thing I'd like to say, you're my home, and I never want to lose this feeling for you," I say, smiling
"I return that statement," Wednesday says, nodding in agreement. I then feel her hand cup my cheek as she kisses me, I kiss her back almost instantly, and I smile into the kiss as I wrap my arms around her neck, her hands then run around my body and to my lower back while her other hand travels to the back of my head to deepen the kiss. After a while, we pull away for air, and we just rest our foreheads to each other, smiling like idiots.
