Wednesday POV
It was late at night, my favourite time of day. I was going for my everyday stroll when i ran into someone. she was wearing very bright colours, and it made me feel sick, but there was something about her that just intrigued me to say something, but she spoke first.
"I'm so so very sorry, are you ok?" The bright-coloured girl asks clearly panicking
"Never better" I answer with my usually cold tone
"That's good" She smiles brightly. Something about her just makes my stomach flip and turn it's like spiders are building a nest inside of me. She's, she's beautiful i tell you. Abstolety beautiful. "Why are you out here so late?" She asks her voice soft and bubbly.
"I was taking my nightly stroll, Shall i ask why your out here?" I questions as i bring my hands in front of me my posture better than ever.
"I was at the The Weathervane with my friends" She answers happily
"The Weathervane?" I question
"It's the local coffee shop around here. I can tell your not local. Are you going to Neremore?" She asks i can see the excitement radiating off of her its obnoxious.
"I start tomorrow" I answer crossing my arms
"Oh cool. Well then i'll see you then" She smiles brightly before running off to her friends that i only now noticed they were there. I look back at her before walking off myself continuing my walk through the town.
The next day
I was in the car pugsley being annoying as always, Mother and father being lovey with each other the only person other than me thats normal is Lurch.
"Mother, father. Why must i go to this school?" I ask annoyed they both look at me and before mother speaks.
"Cause you were expelled from all your other schools and you can be grateful that boys parents didn't press charges" Mother says with a death stare
"Or that you didn't kill him" Father chims
"He should be dead" I mutter
"My Little Viper you need to be more careful where and when you kill someone" My dad says
"And who you kill" My mother chims in now "You can't kill someone where and when you want to and you can't kill everyone who bullies pugsley you won't always be able to protect him"
"I will till i can't. They'll have to kill me first" I smirk. But mother and father just shake there heads before going quiet i turn to pugsley and he just shrugs back at me before playing his game. As were close to arriving pugsley looks up from his game.
"I don't feel to good" He says while placing the game down and holding his stomach
"Lurch roll the windows down please" My mother quickly says the window then go down and pugsley sticks his head out i start to smirk as i get an idea "Wednesday do not dare to try and make your brother threw up"
"But mother. it will be delightful to see" I say looking at her
"No" She warns. I roll my eyes before whispering to him
"Remember the time you stepped on a slug and it stuck to your foot? Or that time i showed you your first dead body and it's skin was peal-" Before i called continue vomit spewed out of his mouth and my mother slapped my arm so i sat back smirking a few more minutes after we pulled up at the school. Lurch grunted before stepping out of the car and opening the door for us. I hop out and look over the school slightly disgusted but happy that it's dark and castle like.
"Do you like it My Little Viper?" My father asks while holding my shoulder i move away from him
"It's alright" I mumble as i look over the school more. A few hours go by and were going to my dorm where my new roommate is as the door to the dorm opens i see her again sitting at her desk before anyone could speak she gets up and skips over to us.
"Wednesday, this is your new roommate Enid sinclair" Miss Weems smiles as Enid's face brightens realising who i am.
"Hi roomie" She smile as she goes to hug me i quickly step back. "Not a hugger. got it"
Enid's POV
Yoko, Devinna, Kent, Ajax, and i were all walking out of The Weathervane when i bumped into a short girl, her hair and clothes were very dark but it was kinda cool. She was very beautiful before she can say anything i quickly speak.
"I'm so so very sorry, are you ok?" I say panicking
"Never better" The dark girl answers with I smile softly as i look over her the moonlight was dim but bright enough for me to see her abstoley stunning she is
"That's good" I smile more looking over her something about her i just couldn't pry my eyes away even for second it's amazing what a random girl could do, I could feel her breath on my face as we stand close to each other the cool air around us while the streetlights and the moon litt us up like a stage. "Why are you out so late" I ask before she could speak again
"I was taking my nightly stroll, Shall i ask why your out here?" She asks her tone very bland but so satisfying to hear.
"I was at the The Weathervane with my friends" I say happy as ever
"The Weathervane?" She questions for once i can hear slight emotion in her voice it was only confusion but that's ok, cause at least it was bland
"It's the local coffee shop around here. I can tell your not local. Are you going to Neremore?" I ask slightly excited for her answer.
"I start tomorrow" She answers while crossing her arms as i finally pull my eyes away from the gorgeous girl i see my friends standing behind us waiting.
"Oh cool. Well then i'll see you then" I smile brightly before skipping off my friends as i get to them i turn back to see her walking away and look down slightly upset but quickly bringing myself back to normal as we all start walking back to school.
The next day
I was sitting in my dorm typing up a new blog about the new girl that joining the school and how she'll be my new roommate here in Ophelia Hall she must be something cool then. As i start finish up with my blog the door opens and i look over to see Weems, the new girl and the new girls family i quickly get up happy that i get to meet her i skip over stopping slightly. The girl, she looks familiar.
"Wednesday, this is your new roommate Enid sinclair" Weems introduces me i look at her a bit longer before working out who she is. She's the girl from the last night the girl i dreamed about that night when i was sleeping. Wow, she's still beautiful even without the cast of the moonlight.
"Hi roomie" I smile brightly as i go to hug her but sadly she steps back i put my arms down slightly disappointed "Not a hugger, got it" I smile
