We all lay in the crisp sunlight enjoying the rare luxury that is Earth. Amy and Rory and in a heated discussion on the differences between jam and marmalade. The Doctor is sonicing little pieces of grass, I watch him intently. The sunlight glints off of his gently styled hair. The planes of his jaw tweak as he grins - catching me staring at him. It's taken me a long while to get used to this Doctor - or Raggedy Man as Amy often calls him. But now it's just like old times..except with Amy and Rory rather than Mickey and Captain Jack. I've since recovered from my frosty run in with the Slitheen, having overcome mild hypothermia and have been allowed to spend a bit more time with the Doctor..If you know what I mean. Amy and Rory end their argument and run along the beach towards the dazzling blue waves.
"What do you say Doctor, keen for a swim?" I grin to the Doctor as he grimaces, shaking his head.
"Naw. I'll just stay here. You can go if you like."
"Actually I'm pretty tired I might ju-Augh!" A crippling pain sears through my abdomen, leaving me doubled over on the ground.
"Rose!" The Doctor leans over me, slipping up my shirt to feel my stomach. His face goes pale. "Oi you two, come here! Hurry!" He bellows out to Amy and Rory who quickly dash from the waves. The pain is unbearable, like nothing I've ever felt. I feel queesy as the Doctor scoops me up in his arms and runs towards the TARDIS.

I lie screaming, thrashing on the operating table. I throw my arms out, coming into contact with the tray of scalpels by the bed.
"ROSE! Rose shhh shh shh, it's okay - look at me you're okay. Rory has she got enough morphine?" Amy cups my face in her hands, they shake. My screams burst out in muffled sobs as I feel my body go numb. Amy leans towards me, whispering. "Rose there's something in you..we don't know what. Rory's operating he's going to get it out of you." I try look past, but Amy blocks my view.
"Doctor" I gasp. Amy places a cool cloth on my forehead, still murmuring to me. I don't take any of it in. Suddenly I hear Rory speak up.
"What the.."
"Rory? Rory what is-WHAT IS THAT?" Amy steps away, still blocking my view.
"It looks to be a foetus..But Rose isn't pregnant."
"Not anymore." I hear the Doctor's voice - but I can't see him. "That..That's my child."
"Doctor she wasn't pregnant. This is a foetus of at least 20  weeks.. Rose couldn't possibly be this far along and still not be showing." I can see Rory's face, he looks tired. He's sweaty.
"It's a timelord thing, Rory you have to get that baby some oxygen - it's alive you know."
"Doctor..I think you have some explaining to do."
