 *Max's POV*

Ethan said" you can only learn 4 at a time." I said" do i get a choice between which moves i learn?" Ethan nodded and said" you have many choices, Growl, Pound, Water Gun, Quick Attack, Lick, Water Pulse, Smokescreen, Round, Fling, Smack Down, Substitute, Bounce, Double Team, Hydro Pump, Take Down, Mud-Slap, Protect, Acrobatics, Water Shuriken, Trailblaze, Chilling Water, Facade, Aerial Ace, Swift, Icy Wind, Mud Shot, Rock Tomb, Endure, Rain Dance, Snowscape, Dig, False Swipe, U-Turn, Sleep Talk, Waterfall, Grass Knot, Rest, Rock Slide, Taunt, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Liquidation, Surf, Helping Hand, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Water Pledge, or Tera Blast." I thought for a while and said "I'd like to learn Acrobatics, Facade, Trailblaze, and Water Pledge." Ethan said" good choices, we'll start training in the morning." He then led me to his cave and we slept in there, in the morning we started training. Ethan said" alright use your speed, and feel yourself flying by and doing damage." It took days of practice for me to learn all the moves I chose, Ethan said" alright, now to see if you're ready to fight Victini and her minions." I said" how?" Ethan said" you must fight me." I said" what moves do you know?" Ethan said" Safeguard, Rain Dance, Dragon Dance, and Hyper Beam." then the battle started, i used Acrobatic, he used Hyper Beam, and throughout the battle i almost had forgotten that i was human, i felt as if i belonged here, in the pokemon world, after the battle Ethan said" your ready." i smiled and headed off towards the evolution dungeon, to defeat the Curse of Disease Guild, it had started raining, i took a deep breath and stepped inside of the dungeon, after a while of walking i saw Darkrai, Victini, Nathen, Mia, Jayden, Luka, and Rowan standing there, talking, i knew what moves they knew due to Cresselia telling me during training, Darkrai knew Dark Void, Nasty Plot, Dream Eater, and Dark Pulse, Nathen knew Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, Destiny Bond, and Dream Eater, Mia knew Payback, Shadow Ball, Perish Song, and Power Gem, Jayden knew Dig, Sandstorm, Take Down, and Dragon Rush, Luka knew Substitute, Water Shuriken, Double Team, and Hydro Pump, and Rowan knew Crunch, Scary Face, Stealth Rock, and Stone Edge, I said'' hey!" they all turned and looked at me, Victini smiled" well hello Max!" I said" let's fight!"

*Sage's POV*

I said" we've checked every dungeon, forest, house, and river yet we still haven't found Max!" Just last week Max had gone missing during the night and we've been searching ever since, Luis said" not every dungeon, we still have to check the Evolution Dungeon." so we headed off to search the Evolution Dungeon for Max, once we stepped in we started walked around, and soon we were met with Max fighting ALL the villains by HIMSELF, and he was getting his ass kicked by James and Jayden, but mostly James, luckily he had been able to defeat everyone else, even Victini, me, Luis and Brian immediately joined in the battle, Max said" what are you guys doing here?!" Luis said" we should be asking YOU that question!" Brian said" where have you been? And how are you able to use those moves?!" Max said "I've been training with a Dragonite named Ethan so I'd be able to defeat these guys by myself!" I said" why do you want to defeat them by yourself?!" Max said" cause Nahshon saw something horrible and I wanted to prevent it from happening!" Luis said" what did he see?!" We had finally gotten Jayden down and now it was just James left, Max said" he saw you guys getting killed by the Curse of Disease Guild, and he told me the only way to prevent it from happening is to kill them before they got the chance to kill you!" I then yelled" CAN WE FOCUS ON THE BATTLE NOW?!" So we did, we then finally defeated James, for good, i then saw Luka get up, he had a katana in his hand, and he was walking towards Max, i yelled" MAX LOOK OUT!! LUKA'S UP!!" then everyone else got ready to battle, i stayed out of it since i was a Fire type which was weak to water, then Luis was cornered i tried running over before he was killed, but Max got over to him before me and jumped onto Luka's back and said'' LEAVE MY FRIENDS ALONE!!!"He then used his own Katana to stab Luka, but Luka then impaled Max through the stomach, Brian yelled" MAX!!!" Max then collapsed to the ground, Brian ran over and crouched beside his friend, Brian said" MAX!!!" Max said" Brian, please go." Brian said in tears now" I'm not leaving you! Just come with us! We can get you help!" Max said" it's too late for me, just ... .don't forget me Brian." Brian said "I won't..."
