Christopher Herrmann is a veteran firefighter and the company officer was for the second shift of Engine 51. Herrmann is a self-described "general entrepreneur" and currently co-owns a bar called Molly's with Mouch who moved with them to an empty bar in Pontypandy. After leaving the U.S. Army as a general he became a firefighter for Chicago Fire station 51. Herrmann has a scar from when he was in WWII or World War 2. He was in the war with his army team when he saw the Germans coming one of the German soldiers came after him and cut him with his knife going down his face to the end of his back. Christopher has two Dalmatians named General and Molly.
