Family: Her father abandoned her when she was a child, and so her mother spiraled from her grief, becoming an alcoholic. Zara doesn't have a very good relationship with either, preferring not to talk about them at all.
Background: Ever since her father left her and her mother became an alcoholic, Zara usually stays at her friends house, barely visiting or contacting her mother. She believes that if she doesn't talk about her family, it'll almost be like they don't exist.
