Y/n pov

We decided to meet up today since it's a day where I don't have anything going on. We also decided that we're going to meet up for breakfast at a diner that isn't to far away from my house. It just going to be me and my dad going because the other kiddos haven't fully understood what's really happening yet. Maybe in a couple years they well. As I was washing my face I couldn't help but be nervous about meeting them. I have always wondered what they were like in person.

"Hey y/n, come on we're going to be late if we don't leave soon!" Dad yelled up the stairs.

I then leave the bathroom and headed downstairs. We then got into the car and ended to the diner. I felt my heart start to slightly race.

"You excited to meet then?" Dad asked

"I don't know"

He immediately could tell I was nervous.

"Hey it's ok. Do you want to talk about it before we get there and head inside?" He's asked

"Why wasn't she really involved before today and why did they reach out now after all this time?" I asked

" we'll I did tell you it was because of our age gap but i think it was because we did rush into things. We got too serious to quickly and then she fell pregnant with you and when she finally had you, we decided to separate. She wasn't involved because she didn't have a lot of money at the time and she also had four other kids. There was also a big age gap between you and the youngest of them. I think he must of had been at least 11 when you were born."

Then there was a pause

"Does it make you uncomfortable or mad at me or her for what happen at all? I understand if you don't want to talk about it right now." he said.

"No I don't think so. I'm just trying to wrap my head around the situation I think." I replied to him.

"That's alright, take your time and you can always come talk to me about it or even poppa about it." He told me when we were parking the car. We get out and entered the diner. It doesn't seem like they were here yet but got a table for 7 people.

We got up and we're getting ready. Toms going to stay here to not overwhelm her. I can't believe I'm actually meeting her today after 11 almost 12 years of not seeing her and missing so much of her life we're finally meeting her. I also did some research on her after mom told me that she also acts and she's is playing in Matilda the musical. I've been trying to convince executive we should go see her. But mom said to hold on till we meet her and get to know her a bit better. We finally all got into the car that we rented and made our way to the diner. Thank God it's winter in New York cause we have to bundle up and it helps hide that I'm in New York right now. I just don't want to overwhelm her. We entered the diner and we looked around and saw a couple people in the diner. Then I saw David with a younger girl. I pointed him out to my family. We then walk towards them.

Y/n pov
I notice my dad notice some people behind me. I turn around and saw a group of people. A women that I'm guessing is my mom went and shake hands with my dad. She then looks back at me and immediately said

"You must be y/n"

"Yea" I said nervously.

"I'm your mom." She then hugged me and I of course hugged back. I felt a lot of emotions but felt relieved. I saw my siblings either shaking hands or hugging my dad.

"Can I sit next to you?" Mom asked me.

"Yea!" She took the edge set.
I then saw a man come towards me.

"Hi, I'm Lachlan and I'm guessing your y/n." He said in a funny voice. It made me giggle.

"Can I hug you" he asked so politely.
I didn't even respond I just open my arms for it. Then a women followed right behind him.

"Well, I'm Anya and I'm betting Lachlan that I'm going to be your favorite." As she playfully shoved Lachlan side. She also hugged me. Then before I knew it I saw Margot Robbie. She had a huge smile as she finally looked down at me.

"Hi I'm Margot it's so nice to finally meet you." She also hugged me as I was able to mumble a hi to her. To amazed to say anything else. She then bent down a bit and whispered

"Don't mind those two there always in a race to win something."

It made me laugh.

Lastly I met Cameron. He also hugged me. We then sat down and I was between mom and Margot. The waiter came and took everyone's drink orders.

"So how long are you guys going to stay in New York?" Dad asked

" we're thinking of staying till about mid January." Mom replied. They well be here for Christmas, New years, and my birthday which is really cool.
As my parents continued having a conversation Anya started a conversation for the children.

"So y/n what grade are you in right now?" Anya asked

"Im in ninth grade right now" I replied

"Oh wow and your eleven right now right?" Lachlan asked

"Yea but I'm about to turn twelve in January." I said.

"Your in a musical right now to right?" Margot said with a small smile.

"Yea but I only do half the shows though." I said.

"Oh when do you do the shows that your in?" Cameron asked.

" I do shows on Monday and Tuesday and do tow shows on Wednesday." I replied. Breakfast continues on like that. All of us asking questions about each other. It went on like that and it was enjoying it. When we were finished mom ask my dad if they were able to spend sometime with me at all when they were there and if they could spend Christmas on Christmas Eve or the day after Christmas and if they could do the same for my birthday. He quickly looked at me with a questioning look. I nodded and he agreed. They could work it out once it get closer. That they could also soon time with me at moments that I'm free. Margot popped up and asked if they could see me in the musical at some point and I see mom slightly roll her eyes. I can't wait to spend more time with them and get to know them better.
