Y/n pov
I was playing with my puppy and trying to think of a good name for her. They also got her brother for my mom.
"I think I'm going to name her Ruby." I said after awhile.
"That be cute!" Anya said
"What are you thinking for your dog mom?" Cameron asked
"I'm thinking of Stanley" she said as she was carrying him and rubbing his belly.
"Well, tomorrow we'll go to the pet shelter and get your doggo registered. " Anya replied
"Ok" I replied.
Margot pov.
As I was watching everything happen I saw the look on moms face. She was watching y/n with this sadden face.
I walked over and touched her shoulder and when she looked at me I nudged my head to the side. She followed me to the other room.
"Is everything ok?" I asked
"Yea everything is fine"she respond.
"Mom I know you. What's up?" I slightly pushed.
" I missed so much of her life, her first steps, her first words, her first everything. I should have tried to be there for her. I wasn't there when she gave her first performance. I've only seen her perform once out however many she had given." She said with her voice cracking and her trying to hold back her tears. I grabbed her and pulled her into a hug. I don't really know what to say in the situation yet. So we just stand there and hugged for a bit.
"Micheal said we can split custody of her." My mom said.
"That's good isn't it. She's taking a break from acting and she's welling to take a break from her other classes to" j said.
"Maybe I should move here. So I'm close." She said
"Mom you can't just move up here randomly. She'll love Australia. We'll be fine." I said.
Its a lot to move, mostly to a whole new continent and I'm sure New York is very expensive to live here.
"How much is he willing to have us to have custody of her?" I asked. (Sorry if that sounded weird. It's works in my brain. Lmao)
"He said that since she's willing to take breaks and is far along in school and that she can be online, he's willing to do 50/50 with me." She said
"We're going to sit her down before we leave back to Australia to talk to her."
"When is her last day for her job?" I asked her.
"The 16th of this month." She replied.
"And what day are we leaving?" I asked.
"We'll Cameron is going home the 10th, Anya goes the day after, then Lachlan is the 14th. Then it's whenever we want to leave as long as you don't have to go anywhere for a movie." She said.
"Ok. Will I don't have anything for Mary Queen of Scots, Terminal doesn't start until a couple months, Slaughterhouse Rulez isn't until later and I only have interviews for that one, and then I have some films to do. But other than that I don't have anything else. So it seems like I can stay for as long until my next premium." I said.
"Alright. You've been having quite a bit of busy years these last few years, have you?" She said smiling with pride.
"Yea I have." I said with a small smile.
"Micheal and I we'll probably talk to here around the 16th" she said.
I nodded. We entered back to the living room. Y/n was still on the floor with her puppy laying right next to her and she's watching tv.
