Y/N'S P.O.V.

The next morning when you wake up, it thankfully isn't raining yet. You're able to comfortably step out of your tent and walk over to the nearby picnic table where you pour yourself a bowl of cereal that has already been left out. Your bet is on Fushiguro for being the first one up.

Not to your surprise, you were right. A few minutes later you spot Fushiguro walking towards site 17 with a bath towel around his shoulder. He doesn't say anything as he approaches you and sits down opposite of where you are.

"Morning," you smile at him.

"Hey, how was sleeping in a tent last night?" He asks.

"It wasn't so bad! But shit, I didn't realize until this morning that we're like the only ones out here... It's kind of scary, don't you think?"

"Well, ever since that girl disappeared, I doubt anybody's got the balls to come out here," he shrugs. "Especially at night."

"Ah, yeah. I almost forgot about that," you look down. "You don't think that we're going to get murdered, do you?"

"I sure as hell hope not" he sighs as he reaches for the cooler under the table. You watch as he pulls out a large bottle of orange juice and pours both of you a glass.

"Hey, how was your trip last night with Nobara," you grin. "I almost forgot to ask. Was that cashier that she likes still there?"

"Yeah," he scoffs. "Unfortunately for me."

Just then, a sudden noise interrupts the moment. The sound of a branch breaking echoes through the quiet forest, startling both of you. Birds take flight from a nearby tree, their wings flapping quickly.

You turn your gaze in the direction of the sound, squinting to see any movement, but there's nothing to see. The woods remain creepily silent after the disturbance.

"Is there anyone else out here?" you ask Fushiguro again, your voice hushed with a hint of unease.

Fushiguro's expression remains composed as he responds, "Like I said before, nobody really wants to be out here after the girl's disappearance."

You nod, attempting to ease the weird feeling creeping over you. "You're probably right. I'm sure it's just an animal and I'm overthinking it."

Fushiguro offers a reassuring smile. "As long as we stay close to the site and together, we'll be fine."

"God, why did we decide to go camping," you then groan, mostly talking to yourself.

"You were the first one to agree to the idea," Fushiguro reminds you. "You thought it would be a fun weekend away."

You groan softly and lean back, looking up at the darkening sky instead of focusing on the conversation anymore. The ominous clouds gather, and you sigh, "It's going to rain soon."

Fushiguro simply nods in agreement. "I know."

Deciding to distract yourselves from the impending storm and the mysteries of the woods, you decide to play a game of cards. Fushiguro grabs a deck, and you begin to play, betting pieces of chocolate from Nobara's backpack that sits nearby.

After about thirty minutes, rain begins to fall and the two of you move your little party under the shelter. However, not long after, Fushiguro breaks his concentration on the game, saying, "We should wake them up now. It's starting to get late in the day."

"Yeah, you're probably right," you nod.

You rush over to your tent where Nobara's still sleeping and kneel beside her mattress, gently shaking her awake. She groans and mumbles under her breath, "Come with us, it'll be fun. I promise."

You can't help but smile, knowing exactly what she's dreaming about. "Are you still dreaming about that cashier?" you laugh softly.

Nobara's eyes begin to flutter open. "Not anymore," she groans as she recognizes you and her surroundings.

Just as she's fully waking up, a noise similar to the one from earlier, like the crack of a piece of wood, pierces the air. "What's that noise?" she asks you.

You shrug. "The guys are in their tent."

Then, another follows suit. Nobara immediately sits up, her eyes widening. Without hesitation, she unzips the mesh window of the tent and peers outside, scanning the surroundings for any signs of movement.

You lean in and ask, "Do you see anything?"

Nobara looks around but hen eventually shakes her head. "No, nothing."

She quickly zips the tent shut and turns back to you. Her expression is full of caution as she says, "I need to use the bathroom. Will you come with me?"

You eagerly agree, realizing that the strange noises have stirred a sense of unease, and it's better to stay together in this unfamiliar wilderness.

A few minutes later, you and Nobara walk to the nearby campsite bathrooms together. After using the bathroom, you wash your hands and brush your teeth. Just as Nobara approaches on your left, she pulls her shirt over her head and sighs. "God, it's so humid out here. I feel like I'm sticking to my shirt."

"I feel like that, too," you groan. "I don't think we could have picked a worse week to do this."

"Yeah, but we paid for it so now we kind of have to stay," she shrugs.

Just then, you would swear to anyone that you heard the sound of a camera click. The two of you exchange glances, both thinking the same thing.

"The hell was that?" you say aloud as you turn around to face the windows above you which are quite tall, so if someone really just took a picture of you, they'd have to have climbed on a ladder or reached down from the roof of the building.

Nobara runs out of the bathroom in an attempt to catch whoever is spying on you both. But when you follow after her, you see that nobody is out there. "Y/N, this is getting really freaky. Fushiguro and Itadori wouldn't do something creepy like that."

"Yeah, I agree. I think we should head back and tell them what just happened," you suggest.

"That's just what I was going to say."
