Ingredients
-jarred sauce ((i use Prego. Either no sugar added or roasted garlic and herb)
-Onion, diced ((cut to whatever size you want. I like mine smaller)) or dried minced onion
-garlic powder
-salt and pepper
-Italian seasoning blend
-olive oil
-ground meat ((I use either turkey or venison, but beef works good too))Directions
1) In a pot, coat the bottom with a thin layer of olive oil. Cook your meat of choice until it's done. Seasoning the meat is optional
2) once your meat is cooked, strain off the extra juice ((or don't. I usually don't because Im lazy lol)). Add your jarred sauce, seasonings, and onion ((if you have it)) until the sauce is hot. Or until the onion is soft. Add pasta water if you want the sauce to be thinner
3) Serve with noodles of choice ((I use thin whole wheat spaghetti noodles))
Optional stuff
-You can add parmesan to your sauce! I usually don't because I can't tell it's in there
-Add some cayenne for a little extra kick. Not enough to make it spicy, though. Just something extra :)
