"Smile for the picture!"

It was the time of year where Atilla and her family would take a family photo again. However, Atilla's twin, Tilaria, wasn't in much of a good mood to do anything other than grumble. Firnis, the oldest among the three of them, sighed as she walked up to the older twin.

"Tila' honey, please smile! The camera's waiting~" She spoke in her usual 'hypnotising' tone. Tilaria still didn't budge. Instead, she retaliated.

"I don't like taking pictures, Fir!!!" Everyone in the family knew that was false. Every other year, Tilaria would have been rushing up to the camera and taking all the spotlight. Their mother stopped her, of course.

"Stop lying, Tila'! Everyone knows you enjoy the spotlight!" Atilla teased. Before Tilaria could have an outburst of rage, the charm of Firnis' phone sounded. Firnis excused herself for a moment before coming back, telling her family she had important issues at her secondary school.

"You can take the picture without me, this matter might take several hours!" Firnis called out as she slowly disappeared, only her silhouette able to be seen after a while. Having no choice as the photographers were getting impatient, Atilla's mother sighed and turned to her twins. "Let's just take a picture, Firnis can take hers individually and then I'll Photoshop her into the picture, like how I usually do for your father."

"As excellent as always! Great job, I'll go get it saved into my drive now!" The twins' mother announced before dismissing the photographer. Then, the three of them went back into the house and anticipated Firnis' return back home.

Little did they know, that was the last time Firnis was ever seen.

"Firnis isn't picking up! Atilla, Tilaria, try the home telephone!" Their mother instructed, anxiety gripping onto her tight. Firnis went out in the morning, and it was just past midnight now. The three of them were getting increasingly worried for her well-being. "Mommy, big sis isn't responding!" The twins' said in sync. What could have happened?

A knock on their front door could be heard. Firnis! Everyone was relieved. Firnis is back!

However, when Atilla and Tilaria creaked open the door, they found the police instead of their dear sister. "Excuse me little girls, is this girl in the photo familiar to you?" He asked in a calm and composed tone, holding up a photograph. The photograph resembled a young lady with fox ears and a tail in a green ensemble. The side of her eye had faint red eyeliner, and she had a pendent on her neck. That was Firnis! "Yes! Our sister! Where is she?" Atilla spoke first.
