"When you lack that bad bitch energy,
I'll make sure you get it from me"

Weaks passed, bleak mornings followed but fake smiles hid them perfectly. Seeing one of their besties sad wasn't what they wished so each one of them tried their best to cheer the others.

None of them knew what was going on with Mike and Ann. They had been breaking up and getting back together due to pressure from teachers.

Lunch time

There was missing energy and vigour that they once had. Ann had been noticing it and when she came to know bout this she knew what she had to do. She took up the responsibility of uplifting the group.

"Guys I broke up with Mike."

"Oh.." All of them said in a dull tone.

"WHAAAATTTTT?!!!" A chorus scream followed.

"Uhm yuh what happened....?" Ann asked without any emotion.

"When did this happen?" Tag asked with concern.

"Haa Yesterday!" Ann replied nonchalantly.

"Are you ok?" Sia was concerned at that point.

"Why didnt you tell us soon Ann?" Daze also seemed concerned.

But Eva who knew the story didn't get worried.

"Guys lemme tell you.... boys are all the same. They act like they are head over heels over you but then move on real quick after a break up. Mikes no different." Ann's words unusually made sense and it silenced others.

"I didn't tell you guys as I didn't want y'all to get concerned. I knew you were having your own problems." She told them with a serious tone.

"But now I know I should tell you all this cause I want my BAD. BITCHES. BACK." She slammed her fists on the table with each word she pronounced.

This made the girls slightly hyped up. Ann didn't stop her motivational speech.

"Girlss we cry for cuts and stitches, not for bastards and bitches!!! You think I'd let you be depressed. Come on get your ass up and show those boys you ain't any basic bitch to mess with." Ann took a deep breath.

"Now it your choice....yes or YES?!" She let out a sarcastic laughter.

By now the girls had been back to normal. The blood in their vein flowing for none other than themselves. A Mindset where stupid boys can't make them cry. Each one of them deciding to never wear their heart on their sleeve again.

"Yass bishes Helen Daze is back!!" A hyped up daze screamed in excitement.

"So is Tag!" She said it out slowly like she was back at being the flirty bad bitch.

"I bet y'all forgot how bad Ms Sarah Sia can get. Don't worry imma remind y'all ." Sia said as she rested her hands on the table, sitting up straight and wiggling her eyebrows evilly.

Ann turned her head towards Eva, lifting one eyebrow with a questioning look. "Got something to tell missy?"

She lifted the water bottle like it was a champagne glass and made a toast, "Bros before hoes, your excellency."

And everyone did the same, "Cheers!!!" They cracked up in the end at their silly behaviour.

Thanks to Ann. She brought them all back. Apparently Mike had been distancing from Ann for the past few weeks. Just came by randomly to say a 'luv u'. He also lost contact with the other girls. Now the rumours say he's happily dating some other girl outside school. Anyways Ann couldn't care less.

Something that played a major role in teenage, the game played by hormones. And they all knew it didn't matter in a few years. Daze still looked at boys but not much seriously. Sia believed there's someone better out there waiting for. Tag just turned into a heartless playgirl, who felt feelings not more than few hours. Eva is still checking out girls. And Ann just stopped dating. They all move on in the end but each took the lesson in different ways.
