A few weeks passed and while Lando was in Spain getting ready for the fifth race of the season, Emily was in LA, getting ready for her interview with Jimmy Fallon. Emily and Lando had gotten closer, and the blonde had even developed romantic feelings for him, but despite what all her friends and her sister had said, she didn't want to tell him in fear of ruining their friendship. Over the past weeks, the two have been spending a lot of time together and have caused a lot of dating rumours surrounding them. They had sat down with Zak and agreed to fake date, hence the rumours surrounding them, but neither of them wanted to fake it anymore. 

Emily was waiting backstage wearing a light blue mini dress with white heels, her hair left down and curly with bold makeup. The blonde's phone went off and she smiled lightly when she saw she had a text from Lando.

"Please welcome, Emily Swift!"

Emily had a smile on her face as she turned her phone off and handed it to one of the staff before she walked out with the other girls.

"Hi!" the blonde said smiling as she hugged Jimmy before taking a seat where she smiled and waved to the audience.

"Welcome!" Jimmy said once the blonde and the audience had settled down.

"So great to be here," Emily said with a smile.

"So, you've been busy," Jimmy said as the blonde chuckled.

"I suppose," she said chuckling. 

"So, can we expect a new new album anytime soon?"

"Yes," the blonde said as the audience screamed. She chuckled as she looked at them. "I'm not promising anything about when it's released! Me and my producer Jack, amazing guy by the way, he's been supporting me since 2013 and I adore him, have been working on a new album but right now we're just playing around with some ideas. I've found a muse shall we say, I just need to word it properly."

"Would this muse happen to take form of Lando Norris?" Emily looked slightly taken back as the audience cheered. She chuckled as she shrugged.

"I don't know," she said, "does it?"

"We'll come back to this," Jimmy said as Emily smiled, "but for now, we have questions from members of the audience." Emily grinned as a young girl, around the age of seven, stood up.

"Um, hi Emily," he said.

"Hi," the blonde said with a sweet smile.

"My question for you," she began, "what is your favourite song to sing live?" 

"Oh that's a good one," Emily said as the little girl smiled, "I would say my favourite song to sing live would have to be either Enchanted or The Middle of Starting over."

The young girl smiled and sat down and the next person stood up, just as Emily reached for her drink.

"Um, who's your favourite F1 driver?"

The blonde choked on her drink and looked up and saw Lando standing there with a grin. Emily couldn't help the smile on her face.

"Charles Leclerc," she said with a sly grin as Lando's smile dropped.

"Alright, your favourite driver who's name begins with the letter L?" he asked as Emily smiled.

"Lance Stroll," she said, holding back her laugher as Lando's face fell.
