Jimin's POV

I look outside the car's window and my eyes land on the huge billboard of Y/n wearing an Alexander McQueen outfit, looking stunning like always.

I smile at her picture. The drama was a hit, the ratings were phenomenal and Y/n really shined in the drama. Hyunjin and Y/n were trending as the new rookie couple because of their chemistry. While Suzy and I were praised a lot too. I got plenty of modelling gigs too but I refused since I'm currently working on my album.

The luxury brands are all asking for Y/n because of her splendid visuals and powerful aura. I agree. She has a model face and body. They are purposefully making her wear the most expensive items and they are getting sold out in no time. She really captured the hearts of people so easily.

I was never a social media guy but I follow her on Instagram too. Judging by her page, she's very simple in real life. Random aesthetic pictures, mostly food related and her purchasing K-pop merch. Nothing more.

That's what her followers love about her. Being natural. She's nice and people can see it despite her playing a character with cold aura in the drama. The comments section is wild for her and I am too. Anyways.

I sigh and look at Ryu who's driving the car currently as I'm headed to my dad's cafe in Busan. I thought of visiting him today so Ryu decided to drive me there. We stop at a signal and I hum to Jungkook's new single ‘Seven’ that is being played on the radio. I bop my head to the tune but my eyes widen when I notice a familiar figure sitting inside a bus that just crossed the road in front of our car.

"Ryu!" I scream and he yells, turning back to me in horror. I quickly put on my mask, holding a black cap and get out of the car and he panics, staring at me from inside. "Don't follow me! I'll call you later if I need you!" I tell him and run, towards the bus while wearing my cap. I pant but still run for a minute, giving up.

I'm a complete idiot. I should've asked Ryu to follow the bus but look at me running behind it. The bus halts suddenly and I think the driver probably noticed me.

I notice how the familiar person inside, who was sleeping with her head resting on the window jerked forward because of the sudden stop. She squints her eyes, waking up while I rush to the bus door. I look up at the driver who gives me a questioning look but I give him an eye smile since my face is covered.

"One ticket please," I say and insert some coins inside the box. He nods and I hear the door close behind me. I get on the bus while I see Y/n rubbing her eyes and looking out of the window until her eyes land on mine. She frowns but looks away.

I think she doesn't recognise me or she just didn't pay much attention. I gulp and slowly walk to her since there's an empty seat behind her.

These encounters really feel destined. It happened three times. Once back when I was 13. Second time at the movie set. And now we are at Busan at the same time and I notice her on the road, sitting inside a bus. I can't believe this.

I shrug my thoughts away and take a seat behind her. She places her head on the window again but I pat her shoulder from the back. She flinches and turns around with big eyes, confusion plastered all over her expressions as she gives me a questionable look. I slowly pull my mask down slightly and her eyes widen. Her eyes roam everywhere around before she knits them.

I put my mask back but she leans forth. "Jimin-ssi! Are you following me?" She whispers and I look at her in disbelief. "Hey! I'm not! I just saw you from my car so I thought to say you hi!" I protest, my voice low and she gives me a scared face and turns back. She stands up from the seat and presses on the stop button, causing the bus to stop at the mentioned location. I stand up as well, looking at the stop and quickly get down from the bus.

She keeps glancing at me back but wears a mask. I walk behind her and she gives me a creeped out expression and increases her pace. I frown my brows but walk fast to stay right behind her. She starts running and I mirror her actions. She runs across the crowd and I chase her as she enters the cafe and I enter it too.

"Uncle Park! Someone's following me!" She yells and my eyes widen in shock. The man stares at her in horror and I quickly take off my mask and cap, rushing to them. She rushes forth to stay beside the man. And his eyes fall on me. "Jimin! Y/n just said that someone is following her! We need to save her!" He instructs me and I watch Y/n looking at him in terror.

I laugh internally but give a look of concern to the said man. "Is that so, Dad? Where's the person, Y/n?" I ask her, pretending to be oblivious as she stares at me in confusion. She keeps looking between me and my dad. But then it clicks her. She nervously smiles at my dad and then looks at me. "I think he went away since I entered the cafe." She claims nervously and I nod to that, whispering,

"Good to know. Please, beware of stalkers."
