"Noah was sitting in the living room, reading a book when Cody walked up behind him. 'Hey there,' Cody said, a bit of a mischievous glimmer in his eyes that Noah was very familiar with. 'Whatcha doing?'
Noah just sighed and shook his head. 'Reading. You?'
'Just a little bored is all,' Cody replied, taking the seat next to Noah on the couch."
'And how is going to sit next to me help cure your boredom?' Noah said while raising his eyebrow.
Cody chuckles and tries to reach for Noah's book. 'Okay Cody. What do you really want. Your never this clingy'
Cody hesitates for a moment before answering his question.
'Well Geoff and Bridgette invited everyone from the total drama island cast to their party... and I was hoping you would come with me, because it would be boring to go alone. So I thought that if I'd be friendly with you you'd come with me!'
Noah looks at him in confusion. Trying to not let out a chuckle.
'And out of all people you wanted me to go with you? Are you joking or..'
Cody sighs 'look Noah, I know it's not your thing and all, But I really want you to come with me! I promise it'll be fun!'
...
Noah thinks about it for a moment, Cody was right. Parties are not his 'thing' but he knew that Cody couldn't go alone so he would come with him.
After agreeing Cody gives Noah a tight hug.
Even tho Noah did not like being hugged he let it slide for this one time. :-)
