Monday mornings definetly have to be the worst creation of all time, especially when I have to wake up to my brothers drum playing. We just recently moved to Westerly, Rhode Island. I was fine with it, I mean its not like I had any friends in Florida anyways. However my brother was not too fond of the switch. Luckily there was a church about one block fro our home which was awesome because if there was a church then there was a piano.

"Ash, If we don't leave now we'll be late."

"Nia, I refuse to go."

"Ashton Fletcher Iwrin, I am not dragging your ass out of that room please come with me. Don't leave me alone on our first day of sophmore year."

"Alrighty."

Luckily today Ashton let me play my music in the car. My wonderful decision was Clair De Lune by Claude Debussy. Ashton listens to a completely different type of music but we agreed music is music. The school finally came into view and I almost cried. New schools just gave my anxiety a kick in the ass. I pulled the car into a carking spot and we headed to the main office. Ashton and I were already late to class so we collected our handbooks and schedules then headed off to class.

"Ash we have second and fourth together, thank gosh."

"Great, so can I coppy your papers."

"Absolutely not mister."I playfully yell smacking him with the hand book.

"See ya."

I walk into my first class and all eyes are on me. "AH, Miss Iwrin nice of you to finally join us,I am Mrs. Walken. Ladies and Gentlemen, this is Nia Iwrin. Please be so kind as to introducing her to the school. Nia have a seat in any desk you like."

My first chioce is in the front because the rowdy students seem to sit in the back these days. Class was interesting I never had a teacher who could make class any less boring than it already was. She was a sweet teacher perhaps one of my favorites. Then homework was handed out and moments later our class was dismisses. The halls were packed with students, some making out in the middle of the hallways too.

As I walked to my class I saw that Ashton had already made friends and assuming he didnt want me to sit anywhere near him I took my seat in the middle of the class. "Ptss, Nia I saved you a seat get your ass over here." I turn to my borther rolling my eyes and taking a seat next to him.  The other boys were interesting they all shared the same interests in bands and television shows. One by one they introduced themselves to me as Michael, Calum, and Luke.

"What are your favorite bands Nia?" Asked Luke, God was he beautiful, blue oceanic eyes and blonde hair with a lip piercing.

"Uh, I'm sorry?'' I reply acting confused to save myself from the embarrasment.

Ashton's face is red from holding his laughter."She listens to classical music, like instrumental. Beethoven, Chopin, Burwell, Yiruma."

"Oh, thats cool, I guess. I've never heard any of that. Play any instruments?"

"N-no, What about you"? In the corner of my eye I can see Ashton rolling his eyes knowing that I just lied.

"I play guitar." Luke smiles and I return it focusing more on my school work again than his god like features.

Finally after hours of them bantering over bands and their long pointless conversations school ends. I'm excited to go home. I planned on stopping by the church to ask if there was a way to use the piano at anytime. Sadly the walk to the car was very long and for some reason the other boys followed. Ashton was so lucky day one and he made three friends, I've still got none.

"Nia, I promised the guys a ride alright."

"Okay, just drop me off at the church."

"The church.....Why?"

"Ash you know why."

I make my way to the chruch and spot a nun. "Hi excuse me sorry to bother but do you have anyone in charge here, I kind of have a question."

"Well, what it is dear?"

"You see, I'm a pianist and I just wanted to know if I could maybe stop by for a few hours after school to play."

"Yes, I understand. Well As long as you have no bad intentions in the house of the lord, we will accept your request.  There is a back door straight over there use that to enter."

I nod to the nun thanking her again and start my way home. Clouds are starting to form in the sky and I begin to worry. Not only is it going to rain but I don't my way home on foot. It begins to pour and my clothes are drenched in rain. After about fifteen minutes of wondering around I finally see a familiar street.
