Izuku Midoriya/Barry Allen is the biological son of Inko/Nora Allen and Hisashi/Henry Allen. The World knows him as Central City's own Scarlet Speedster: The Flash. But he wasn't always that way... In fact contrary to popular belief about the Scarlet Speedster he was actually born quirkless.
And because of this Izuku/Barry was constantly bullied and put down by his teachers in Middle School. They all claimed that he was a freak for being quirkless and his classmates constantly beat him up.
And the worst part is that Izuku/Barry's teachers knew exactly what was going on both in and out of school but still chose to do nothing about the bullying problem. It wasn't until Izuku/Barry was gifted a quirk called "One For All" that his classmates and teachers began to finally show him the respect that he deserved.
Izuku/Barry was accepted into the UA Hero Academy where he was placed in Class 1A. About three months into Midoriya's 3rd year of Highschool a mysterious figure began following the student his name is "Eobard Thawne" or the Reverse Flash.
Thawne followed Izuku and his fellow classmates around Japan so that he could spy on them and potentially learn any weaknesses about his greatest foe that he could use to his advantage. It wasn't until Izuku and his classmates were granted a weeklong break that he decided to finally make his move though... He broke into Hisashi and Inko's apartment complex in the middle of the night and murdered Izuku's mother right in front of him.
Before framing his father for her murder and speeding away from the crime scene. Midoriya was taken in by his mother's close friend "Joe West" and then later moved with Joe and Iris to Central City where Joe became the Head Detective of the CCPD. Barry became a CSI and later became the superhero we all know and love " The Flash".
This reaction takes place after Class 1A graduates which means they're already Pro Heroes... Midoriya left UA before he could become "An Official" Pro Hero and he also revealed the secret of his quirk and returned it to All Might.
