Chapter 14: Final Fight

Its the day of the finals, I have prepped for a long time, and I say I am 100% ready for this.
I'm proud of how much I've achieved while being here at Monark.
Go over my nervous nature, made amazing friends, and actually found myself a girlfriend in the most weird yet cool way.
It all comes down to this final fight, don't matter who, don't matter where, all that matters is that I finish successfully.
I was waiting outside for the rest of class to show up, the first people to show up were Rosie, Shino and Jack.

Sh: "Hey, Ethan."

E: "Hm, oh hey."

Rosie came up and hugged me.

J: "You ready for today."

E: "More than ever. Every single day I've been training, and the Demonic Training I did, helped the most.
As long as I don't attempt that again, I should be fine."

We all stood together to wait for a teacher. Davis and Ronan showed up as we are waiting.

Rh: "Oh, you guys are early."

E: "I was the first one hear, been waiting and training for this day."

Rh: "Well, that's good to know, do you know who your fighting?"

E: "No.
Wasn't informed, but as long as I am prepared both physically and mentally, it shouldn't matter who."

Rh: "That's, a fair way to put it."

We waited for the rest of the school to show up. They went down the line of who is fight who, with me being last.
I studied everyone's battle strategies, and attack plans. They're a little to easy to predict what they were going to do next. Sky and Davis walked over next to me.

S: "You ready?"

E: "As I can be, Yea."

S: "Good, you'll need all focus."

E: "Never know who or what I'll be facing."

S: "Correct."

D: "How are you so calm about not knowing who your opponent is?"

E: "If your stressed in bad situations, your not gonna come out successfull, or alive. You must stay calm and collected, ignoring other thoughts, neglecting bad scenarios.
Calmness is key to success."

S: "Indeed.
It's how I was able to complete all the challenges thrown at me."

D: "Hmm."

My name was called to the middle of the arena, with everyone spectating.
I walked to the middle of the arena, and
Ronan was there waiting for me.

Rh: "It's time for you to call him out, and finally face him."

S: "You can be serious Ronan."

E: "He is.
It's the main reason I've been training, finally time for me to avenge my parents death.
No more hiding."

S: "Well, good luck kid."

Rh: "Everyone will be safe because of the magical power surrounding the arena, and then being protected by a powerful shield.
Will you be fine?"

E: "It doesn't matter if I'm fine, as long as I can finally destroy the person who killed my parents, my satisfaction of death will be filled."

He nodded, then Sky warped himself and Ronan to an area of the stands where they can see the entire arena.

E: *calm breathe in and out*

I focused my energy, then with a loud voice.
I called out, him.
