Chapter 17

WINNIE'S POV

"Papa"

I heard again from the kid. I felt my whole world crashing down on me. I never knew Enzo was married talk less of having a kid, he has a family? I feel like i will burst into tear any moment from now.

"Mr Salvador it's nice meeting you, I'm sorry traffic was crazy" it was then i noticed two other men have joined us.

I should get going" i was barely audible. I tried to put the kid on his feet but he clung tight onto me and burst into a new round of tears.

"Hey, please can you look after him until we are done with the meeting?" The young man that was there with Enzo said, come to thing of it....he looks so much like Enzo he also has the same hazel eyes like Enzo.

"Tesoro, please take care of him till we get back, Si?"

" Okay" i went into his office without saying anything else. I couldn't even look at him.

I sat on my chair with the kid straddling me.

"Hey little man" i said quietly. He look at me and my heart broke again

"What is it?"

"I heard Papa telling Grandma he won't give me candy for the whole month" he sniff i knew the tears was about to come back. But wait a minute he is this sad over a candy?

"Hey it's totally okay, it must be for an important reason. Its just for a month very soon you will get as much candy as you want."

"Are you sure?" He asked in his cute baby voice

"Yes baby, now stop crying, big boys don't cry, yeah?"

"Okay"

"So now tell me your name little man"

"Luca"

"You have a beautiful name, i love your name"

"Thank you" he blushed

"How old are you?"

" I am 2 but almost 3" he grinned

"Wow you're really a big boy but i will keep calling you my little man" i push the hair on his face backwards. I couldn't stop smiling at him.

"Well i am Winnie and I'm 20 almost 21"

"You're also a big girl" He giggles

We spent the rest of our time talking and laughing. I order food too so we ate. He slept off in my arms while watching a cartoon with my phone, i continued with my work on the computer. And that was how they found us....Luca asleep in my arm while i used the other hand to type on the computer.

"Wow this is a miracle" the young man that looks like Enzo said surprised, it was only him and Enzo in the office i think the other two left.

"I'm sorry for the trouble, he is not usually like this, infact he doesn't like strangers". The young man said.

" It's okay mr..."

"Oh call me Cosimo" he smiled he has a cute dimple like Luca and Enzo.

"It's okay Cosimo i had a fun time with him, btw I'm Winnie"
