Rubeus Arrives

Ash who had come out of the water eventually saw the magical couple looking for a place for Luna to rest.

"So you found a good place...or will you find a good place to rest?"

"Yes Ash, but you don't have to worry because Artemis is with me, but I still don't know when we're going to Alola..."

Suddenly the wind started blowing, and Rubeus was surprised by a pterodactyl-shaped aura and several Flying and Psychic-type Pokémon.

The Flying and Psychic-type species glared fiercely at Rubeus who cowardly gasped starting to fly away but Yoshi and the four sisters would not let the evildoer escape.

"Look who we have here sisters."

"Our ex-master."

"And just where do you think you are going?"

"You will never catch me!"

"You're not getting away!"

"Don't even think about it."

"Your time is up, Ruby!"

Then the fire eagle was surrounded by two Hawlucha and an Abra.

"What the-?"

"Your time has just come to a dead end! Initiate Extinguish Rubeus!"

"What?!?! No, please anything but that! Otherwise I'll burn those freaks who won't let me go!"

"Now girls!"

"Right."

"You got it."

"Sure."

"Oh yeah."

With Rubeus trapped and his powers blocked, the sisters combined their powers with Yoshi's help to eliminate him at once.

"Oh no! I'm trapped...and worse my powers are blocked!"

"Yes."

"Indeed."

"This time...you got nowhere to run or hide."

"DINOWAY SPARKLE!!!"

The unified powers reached Rubeus who began to slowly disintegrate and not even his flames were able to undo the effect.

"No! No! It can't be!!"

The eagle tried to free himself but his wings had disappeared, leaving only the torso and head.

"No! Grr....my wings....they're GONE! Hum...no...NOOOO!!!!!"

Then the torso and head also disappeared until it caused an explosion of red feathers in the air.

"At long last!"

"No more Rubeus!"

"You also did a great job Yoshi, and you deserve a kiss."

Petz pressed her lips but Yoshi calmly walked away smiling nervously.

"Whoa...I...uh...well...didn't expect this."

"Oh, I forgot you have a girlfriend."

"I have Serena."

Serena who had heard the explosion went to see if Yoshi was ok.

"Yoshi...I hope he's okay."

So the girl upon arrival saw the red feathers.

"But wait, they're not Talonflame feathers...I don't think they belong to a flying type Pokémon at all."

"Serena, those feathers aren't from any Pokémon."

"Yoshi...so they don't belong to a Pokémon?"

"Actually honeyhair, these feathers belonged to our ex-master Rubeus who we already defeated before you arrived." Berthier explained.

"Honey hair...oh right..."

"Serena we're sorry about the explosion, we didn't know you were around."

"It's okay, and thanks for helping him girls."

"It was a pleasure, and how do you feel after recovering from your werefox transformation?"

Physically Serena didn't look comfortable with the question but answered it calmly.

"I'm still recovering from what Black Lady and Galaxia did to me...also that I almost killed tourists...the horrors I did."

"We are very sorry for what you went through but I have to admit that you even looked pretty as a werefox."

"Hmm....what...you think so Koan?"

"Of course even mons-I mean beasts are worthy of inner beauty."

"Oh well...I...thank you...I guess.." Serena blushed.

"Please girls. Serena hasn't liked talking about it since that night."
