Shadow was finally out of the picture, at least for now, I had to now focus on making sure her ties to the others were firmly severed. She looked like a beautifully bruised mess upon my return, I cleaned up all her blood and took her to the tub, a nice shower and I bandaged up all the deep wounds I made so she wouldn't get an infection and laid her up on the bed till she woke up. I went over to make us some food, after all, it had been a while since we both ate. In the middle of making food Soni started stirring, I faked my panic to her to make it seem like I had no idea what happened. She tried talking to me, but her face was so swollen her words couldn't escape her pudgy lips, I sat beside her and asked what happened ad while she struggled, she was fading in and out of consciousness before she passed back out. 
While she slept, I finished food, ate and worked on what to do about her other close friends, i had a few choices but my favorite was to just let them see how far she had fallen below my foot. Soni finally woke up again later and I helped her eat the stew I made and cuddled against her, she didn't seem to let go once she got a grip, I casually mentioned leaving the room once it warmed up to go down to South Island but she gripped my arm tighter and shook her head no. Good. She didn't want to leave. About a week later she was healed enough to tell me what fully happened, she moved beside me and grabbed my arm and looked down at the ground.
"I went out looking for you...I was so scared something had happened to you! I only found Shadow and he had me come back to the house with him and about an hour of being with me he pinned me down and sexually assaulted me. He verbally abused me, physically abused me, and left me to almost die. *Sniffles* I only wanted to apologize to him from our past but he only-"
I stopped her. The poor little hedgehog. Her normal self would have knocked his lights out and beat him senseless but now, she was weakened and depended on me to protect her. It was cute. Of course, I'd protect her, she wouldn't ever have to worry again.

I kissed her head and told her not to worry, she was my love for life, I gripped her wrists and pulled her closer. My grin reflecting in her eyes, she awkwardly tried to free herself, but I gripped harder, my smile left my face, and I cocked my head. I whispered to her that she couldn't leave, she was my prisoner, when she yanked back, I grabbed her by the quills and slammed her against the wall. I loved her. She was mine. The more she fought the more I'd break her. I flipped her around and kissed her deep before moving to her neck and biting down as hard as I could, her squeaks as she collapsed to the ground was so thrilling!
"Knuckles? T-Thank you for understanding, I can't trust anyone but you anymore- I-I love you too- Oh! Uhm... no need to be so rough ngh... What do you mean! Knuckles? L-Let go of me you're scaring me! Yip! Ah~!"
Soni started crying and kept whimpering until I picked her up, I was going to mold her weak mind into the perfect wife. Soni was going to provide me with kids, follow echidna culture and raise our kids right, who wouldn't want Miss perfect hedgehog to wed them and be forced to bear their children? 

Two years into her training, Soni had become completely submissive, she never questioned my choices, dressed appropriately to my standard, her body had also become a temple that had only worshipper. With my constant blessings she finally had provided me a child, Soni was pregnant, our first seed which was predicted to be male. While heavily pregnant I decided to make it official and we got married that day, a private wedding, she was so gorgeous, completely marked up and carrying. Soni's quills gently blowing in the breeze as I stood with her, my officiant standing before us ready to carry out with the ceremony.
 The wind picked up, behind us landed Tails plane, the small ensemble rushing towards her, they froze when she turned around with my arm intertwined with hers, the fear on Amy's face only made me smile. The blue babe she's been pining for her whole life fell in love with the power-hungry Echidna, she was looking into the eyes of a completely broken and brainwashed hedgehog.
"Soni! Oh, my Chaos...What's happened to you? Knuckles? Did you do this to her? Those eyes... Something happened to you Knuckles and Soni, you've completely broken her, there's no life in her eyes. *Sniffles* He's been abusing you! You need to get away from him! And you... you monster! You need to stop hurting our Soni! Can't you see the pain she's in?!"

Amy was really trying to get Soni back, but she really was completely broken, Soni at this point was just an animated ragdoll, she was so trained to believe in everything I said that it didn't take long before she started to defend me, her little sauntered walk over to Amy and grabbing her hand, clearly made Amy uncomfortable.
"Miss hedgehog you have it all wrong! Knuckles here is a savior, he saved me from a cruel black and red hedgehog that had viciously assaulted me! These marks all over my face and body are simply love marks, when I do something, he loves I get rewarded with a mark, when I do something flawed, I also get rewarded with a much more permanent mark as a reminder that I am nothing but a mess. Echidnas are truly wonderful~ I gave myself to Knuckles so that way he can repopulate his species just as Chaos would have wanted him to! Miss Pink, little fox boy and white bat, can't you just understand? Knuckles loves me and trusts me just as much as I do him! Our first child will be born soon...Knuckles will love me even more!"
Amy was freaked out and hugged Soni in a panic, begging her to snap out of it, but Soni simply smiled and kept with saying it was all about love. Soni removed herself from Amy's grip and returned to my side, that cute little waddle she was forced to do, it actually made my heart flutter. I suggested they leave and much to Amy's dismay they left but with a promise to rescue Soni from being hurt anymore.

After they left, we continued with our ceremony and made it official. Mentally. Physically. Emotionally. Sexually. Soni was mine. A few days after our marriage our first seed was born, a little hedgehog boy. A rather big disappointment. After Soni had finished feeding him I threatened her with a heavy backhand across the face, how could she let her disgusting hedgehog genetics corrupt my first-born male? We would simply have to try again. And again. And again. And again. I wasn't satisfied until I had many minds to mold, Soni carried her duties out as a woman and fed all of them, raised them to be proper, and any faults she had, she was quickly corrected in front of the children. Simply to make an example of what stupidity looked like. Most of the kids grew up hating their mother while the ones who loved her defended her to the best of their ability, if they did wrong, I attempted to correct them, but Soni always begged for the punishment instead. With each kid Soni was sure to take care of her husband as well, given how she was almost a natural milk machine I had my feedings late night, took any sexual frustrations out on her but still held her close to me at night. She was MY Soni after all, my love and affection were just the perfect amount to get her through.
I loved my Soni. Through every mental breakdown she had to every night she was up crying scared I'd never love her again after each child was born. I still loved my little baby Blue.
