The sun rose over the tranquil sea, casting its warm glow across the Thousand Sunny. Inside the ship, the crew members went about their morning routines, unaware of the looming challenge that awaited them.

"Is Zoro still in bed?" Brook asked quietly at breakfast while everyone was laughing and eating. No one responded to him or gave him any attention.

"Hey where's Zoro?" Luffy stopped eating his bacon and looked around.

"I just said that." Brook sighed as he drank his coffee.

"I was wondering why it was such a good morning." Sanji smiled but then it slowly dropped as he noticed something else.
"Lila, my queen. She's not here either!"

"Did we leave them behind?" Chopper yelled out in fear.

"No I saw them both get back on the boat. They were really drunk." Robin chuckled while her wink insinuated something else.

"That stupid moss head got to her before I did?!" Sanji yelled out as he slammed his hands on the table walking out of the dining area.

"They're not in the any of the quarters." Robin explained.  "I think they are in the cows nest."

Everyone was intrigued and puzzled by the fact they didn't come to get breakfast.

Chopper knocked gently on the door, his voice laced with concern. "Lila? Zoro? Are you guys coming to breakfast?"

There was no response. Chopper exchanged a glance with the crew, his heart sinking with apprehension. Sanji tried the door handle, finding it unlocked. He pushed it open slowly, revealing the still forms of Lila and Zoro. Both were passed out on the in the crows nest. Lila slept on a bench while Zoro slept on the ground near the entrance.

"They are just hungover. Stupid moss head being a bad influence." Sanji cursed as he kicked Zoro. Still no movement from Zoro.
"Lila-swan! Time to wake up lover!"

Once again no response.

Chopper rushed to their sides, his medical bag clutched tightly in his hands. He checked their temperatures, his brow furrowing. "They're burning up with a fever."

Nami's voice wavered as she spoke. "I mean they could just be hungover, right? Or is it the island? Could they have caught something there?"

Chopper nodded grimly. "It's possible. I need to start treatment right away. Sanji and Franky. Someone! I need them moved to the infirmary now!"

Franky found his way through the chaos and picked both up and swung them over his shoulders, following Chopper to the infirmary.

The crew members hovered nearby, their concern palpable. Chopper worked tirelessly, administering medicines and tending to Lila and Zoro's needs.

As time passed everyone on the ship grew anxious. Chopper wouldn't let anyone else in the room since he didn't know if they were contagious or not.

"It's been hours. Are they ok?!" Luffy groaned at the door.

Choppers pitter-patter of his hooves became louder as he pushed open the door.
"I don't know." His voice quaked.

"No progress?" Robin said surprised.

"Barely. It's going to take some time. I don't know what they did."

The day fell into night and Chopper was working tirelessly on the two. He paced back in forth over and over again.

"Why does Zoro seem to get better but Lila is getting worse?" Chopped noticed color start to appear in Zoro's cheeks as a slight cough came from his lips.

"Zoro!" Chopper screamed as his eyes widen.

"Hey, calm it down there. My head fucking hurts." He said sitting up and holding his forehead.

"Oh that's right I'm sorry." Chopper raced to the medical cabinet and pulled out some water and pills to give to Zoro.
"Take these. This will help with the hangover."

"A hangover shouldn't land me in the infirmary. What the hell happened?" The green haired man asked as he chugged the water.

"You've been passed out with a fever since maybe eight this morning." Chopper said trying to estimate when he fell ill.

"Huh weird."

"Can you give me a detailed timeline of what you guys did on the island?" Chopper asked as he held his notebook and pen in his hooves.

Zoro groaned as he recalled all the events that happened on the island with Lila. Choppers eyes widen with horror as Zoro went on explaining their exploration.

"HOW DUMB CAN YOU GUYS BE?!" Chopper yelled shaking as he stood up on his little doctor seat. He took his clipboard and bonked Zoro on the head after he yelled at him.

"Ouch!"

"Touching random flowers, getting drunk on an unfamiliar island, eating and drinking with people you don't know. Zoro. What the hell?!"

"Yeah not my brightest moment but the booze was good. I'm ok now and that's all that matters. Lesson learned. " He smirked as he continued to get up. His smirk eventually dropped when he realized Lila was laying in the other bed in the infirmary.

"Why is she here?" Zoro asked.

"She's sick too and it's getting worse. I've never seen anything like it." Choppers voice quivered as he explained to Zoro.

Lila, however, showed no signs of improvement. Her fever raged on, and her breathing grew shallow. Chopper's efforts seemed futile, and the crew's anxiety deepened.
