Minho was scared. Now that his mask had fallen off, he felt exposed and afraid.
After talking with Felix two weeks ago, he felt a little releaved, but it was really hard and scary. The younger was understanding, but still very skeptical. And Minho couldn't blame him.

"I thinkI.. realized how the way I've been acting has been affecting everybody else, including myself."
Felix felt weird that his boss was having a deep talk with him. Minho didn't feel like his friend or colleague anymore, he hasn't in a long time. He only felt like a scary CEO.
And Minho could sense that. He knew Felix was feeling uncomfortable and once again, he realized how he had ruined their friendship.
"I'm.. I'm happy you're trying to change Minho." Felix looked to the ground as he spoke, eventually averting his eyes to look at the older's "I've been missing the old days we used to have so much fun and laugh together.."
"I... I'll try my best Lix."
There was a minute of slight awkward silence between the two, until Felix eventually spoke up again, not facing the older. However his voice was soft and understanding "I know you're hurting too.. I just hope.. you can heal as well."

Felix was like an angel. Since then, they've been very slowly but surely getting less awkward around each other, especially since Minho stopped hiding in his office or somewhere else while drowning himself in an ocean of work all the time. He actually started living in his house. He started just hanging out at the living room, being in the kitchen with Felix, even helping him out.
However, he hadn't talked to Changbin yet and it was especially awkward when they were both coincidentally in the living room area at the same time. Nobody talked to the other and since Minho hadn't spoken to Changbin at all since the last time he had yelled at him and kicked him out, the younger still thought, that Minho was the same.
Well, he was still somewhat the same, because he can't permanently change his entire personality and character in the matter of two weeks. But at least he was more calm now, less strict, less mean. His tone of speaking, that was what made the most difference in how others perceived him. He seemed so much more chill and nice now that he was using the voice, only Seungmin used to experience, with everyone else.
