Back at the house, while RM is gone, Jin and Jungkook are in the kitchen making a late dinner, and Hobi is busy in the living room ordering Lorrie practically an entire wardrobe and anything else he thinks she would like or need.

"Has anyone seen Jimin? I checked his room and Lorrie's, and he's not there." Yoongi asks as he enters the kitchen.

Jin and Jungkook both turn towards Yoongi.

"As upset as he is, if he isn't with her. . . then," says Jungkook.

Yoongi bursts out, "Dammit, why didn't I think of that." He turns and walks out of the kitchen to find Jimin.

He leans close to the door in the basement bathroom and can hear Jimin crying. He tries to open the door, but it's locked.

"Go away, Kooki. I don't want to talk."

Yoongi says, "I'm not a cookie, and you're not a baby, so open this door."

Picking up on his hyungs anguish, Jimin wipes his eyes and opens the door.

As soon as the door opens, Yoongi steps in and takes Jimin in his arms. He breaks down as his hyung holds him.

"I want to kill him, hyung, what he has done to her. I want to kill him." sobs Jimin.

"I know it makes you angry, and I also know how much it hurts. Jimin, look at me."

Jimin raises his head, eyes puffy from crying, chin still quivering.

"He is being taken care of as we speak. Trust me, he would rather be dead."

Jimin steps back from Yoongi's embrace. He is wiping his tears and pushing his hands through his hair.

"It hurts so badly, and she hasn't been awake for me to talk to. I looked in on her, and Taehyung was in with her, checking the IV bags. At least he can do something for her. I am useless! I can do nothing!" he turns from Yoongi, crying as he stands against the wall.

He cries, "I love her so much, and to think I could have lost her. She was going through hell and where was I, huh, where was I?!"

Yoongi goes to him and puts his arm around his shoulder, reassuring him, "Jiminah, you saved her. It was you who demanded we go over there. You went straight to her room after seeing the mess her apartment was in. I just followed."

He leads Jimin out into the basement rec room, "Sit." He says as he gently pushes Jimin down to sit on the couch.

"But hyung, I feel so useless. There is nothing I can do to help her." Bemoans Jimin.

Yoongi lifts Jimin's face, looks into his eyes, and tells him, "You love her. That's not useless. Though love can hurt, it can also heal."

Yoongi drops down to sit on the couch and turns to face Jimin.

"Love her, Jimin. She needs you. You could have walked away from her and her life anytime, but did you? No, you loved her through so much. Everything her family put you both through, you never walked away."

"How do you know so much about love when you keep your heart closed up so tight?" asks a sniffling Jimin.

Yoongi sighs, saying, "It's because I know love all too well—its strengths and weaknesses, its joy and its pain. Just trust me, I know, and let's leave it at that."

Jimin sits silently, considering all that his hyung has said.

"Jimin, I have something very important to ask you."

Jimin eyes were wet with tears. Nods, murmuring, "Okay."

Yoongi frowns and sighs, asking, "When you and Lorrie have gone out, are you sure no one recognized you?"

Jimin's eyes widen, and he confidently says, "No, no one. She even wore a wig, and we . . ." Suddenly, he stops and grabs Yoongi, begging, "Please, please tell me it wasn't someone her father sent!"

Yoongi says, "I saw the tattoo on the man's neck at her apartment. Namjoon confirmed it, and he and Jin both saw it. He wore the mark of his third in command."

Jimin begins to fall forward, almost passing out from the shock. Yoongi grabs him before he falls off the couch and holds him, waiting for Jimin to gather his senses.

Yoongi whispers to Jimin as he kisses the top of his head, "Be strong, Jiminah, be strong for her." He sighed and leaned back on the couch, still holding his dongsaeng.
