Anna's POV: I had woken up on the shore to an unknown island, I didn't remember much but all I knew was that my wrist really itched. When I looked at my wrist to scratch the itch I had seen a little metal rhombus implanted into my arm, I scratched it and realized that it was an actual metal implant in my wrist . It hadn't been an illusion...I was here, on an unknown island, with some thing in my wrist I was confused but I eventually got my bearings and started off into the jungle. A while after running through the jungle nearly naked, I had come to a little lagoon with some giant beavers in it...I wonder why they were so large? I'll put that aside but I should probably make some tools and clothes...

I've made a hatchet, a pickaxe, clothes, and a little thatch hut, just to stay out from the elements nothing much...I don't know what's out there so caution is needed. It's relatively safe in this little lagoon also, I haven't seen anything that could pose harm to me or anything else down here! It's quite remarkable! This is only a paleontologist could dream, it would be as if they were a kid in a candy store! Or someone who had a beloved pet beat a disease...

It turns out that these beavers are close to if not the castaroides ohioensis! This is fascinating, these were supposed to have died out  about 1.4 million-10'000 years ago or the end of the Pleistocine! But not here shockingly, I don't know how these giant beavers are here in this tropical climate though...they should have been around a snowy, or cold place...according to where we've found their fossils at least...

(Ik it was short, I'm trying to think of what to do with it-)
