S19ep1: Deer In Headlights

Deep in the heart of the south pacific lies one of the most mysterious and isolated islands in the world, Samoa. A land that's steep,volcanic mountains. Towering waterfalls,fierce rainstorms. Rugged coastlines,virtually untouched by civilization. And surrounded by an ocean that's home to a diverse marine life. Here's where these 20 americans are
beginning the adventure of a lifetime. Though they've not yet spoken, but first impressions are already forming.

Brett: This lady with her free flowing hair, is probably some super outdoors woman that will naturally step forward as our leader.

Shambo: Man,i'm a people person. People have gravitated to me my entire life. It's like,"oh,my god! This chick rocks! We love her.

However, some first impressions are not as good as others.

Margo: free flowing hair lady, the one with the bandana and the mullet, she looks like she's stuck in the 80s. She may slow down the group, but we'll just have to see I mean it's only day one. However, I'm judge mental so she may annoy me greatly.

Marissa: there's a guy who looks as tough as nails. He looks like a pit bull. He's like-- i wouldn't want to mess with him.That's for sure.

Russell: I plan on making it as miserable as
possible, making it hell for everybody. To get what i want. And what I want is to win this game.

20 strangers forced to work together while battling the elements and each other. They must learn to adapt
or they'll be voted out. In the end, only one will remain to claim the million dollar prize. 39 days. 20 people. One survivor!

Jeff: You guys have already been divided into two tribes,
wearing purple,you are galu, everyone wearing purple looks at each other and cheers out.

wearing yellow, you are foa foa. They also do the same.

And you now going to make your first tribe decision.

Jeff: You are going to elect a leader. The leaders are held in very high esteem because they're called upon to protect the interests of their tribe. Whoever you elect is going to do that for your tribe. It's going to be based on
body language,observations. Do your best to describe them, if you don't know there name. Use hair, clothing items, etc etc.

Everyone is handed a piece of parchment and a pen.

Margo: im so happy that we elect a leader. I was worried we would have to do the thing where you voted the weakest person, and that person had to make a decision that's for the tribe.

Laura: Like,ah! Kind of like a deer in headlines. Taking on a leadership role in a game like "survivor" is a death wish. You never want it do be you but if you say that it is.

Jeff: Once you've made your decision head back to your mat and keep the vote to yourself until ready.

Mick: I do have leadership qualities. Being in the operating room,you have to make snap decisions.
It takes more than a note from mom to get through med school and residency.

Jeff: Alright. Galu starting with you guys,who looks like
they could lead your tribe.

Yasmine: Voted for the guy in the gray shirt with the very shortcut.

Jeff: what's your name?

Erik: Erik.

Jeff: alright! One vote Erik. Guy in the back
