"naynay, get up sweetheart you need to get ready for school" my mom said turning the light on, "okay mama" I groaned getting out of bed and putting my robe around me. I then walked into my bathroom and got into the shower. After the shower I brushed my teeth then styled my braids.

i walked out of my bedroom and sat on my bed looking through my phone.

"yo naynay let me use your charger" my brother came into my room. "no" i rolled my eyes.

"you still mad at me" he chuckled "ain't nun funny nigga, i have only just made friends and you want to start fighting them, your so selfish get out" i said slamming the door in his face.

ethan then started to call me.

"hello?" i said as the call connected. "what's good naynay, i'm finna pick you up at 7:10" he said with a raspy voice, letting me know that he had just woke up, causing me to smile. "are you sure, i can get the bus" i said as he started to chuckle.

"na you don't need to be getting the bus anymore" he answered. "oh okay thankyou ethan, i'll see you soon, bye"

"bye my heart" he said ending the phone. i then picked out a boring plain outfit with the shoes that melly had gave me.

i then grabbed my rucksack and my head phones and walked down the hallway.

"jasmine!?" i said seeing her downstairs sat on my couch. "oh hey naynay" she said smiled. "uhm-i um bye" i said quickly walking out the door and closing it behind me.

why was she in my house? why is she with my brother? WHY WAS SHE BEING NICE TO ME? i thought to myself.

i then seen ethan's car outside my house and got into the passenger seat. "hi ethan, hi dd, hi darrian" i said as i put my seat belt on.

"hey naynay"

"i'm hungry my heart" d complained, i just sat back and put my earphones in. "ight we can get a mcdonald's breakfast" ethan said turning the corner to our local mcdonald's .

i then felt a tap on my shoulder, i took my earphones out and turned my head to ethan.

"what would you like" he asked "uhm can i have a sausage mcmuffin please" i smiled as he nodded and went through the drive through.

"thankyou ethan" i said as he passed me my food "no problem my heart"

"ddot dont get my car dirty deadass and you dd" he mugged them "i won't lil bro" dd laughed as we all sat and ate.

5 mins later.....

"what have you got first period" ethan asked me, "i've got gym" i groaned not wanting to go. "i mean me dd and ddot was finna skip we can come to the bleachers instead" notti shrugged.

"okay yeah let's go, i can't deal with mr brown on my ass today" i said grabbing hold of his hand to pull him with dd and ddot following behind us.

"BOO" melody said making me scream, "don't ever do that again" i said while the four of them was laughing at me.

"you two should do a tiktokkk" melody cheesed "why- yeah i'm down" notti cut me off. "okay i guess we will" i shrugged.

"okay you should the one where it goes she bufff, she's really, really buff" melly sung out causing us to giggle.

"bet" notti said grabbing my arm and leading me to the big crowd. i didn't really like being around lots of people i liked to be to myself but when i was with my friends i felt so confident.
