Zatanna POV

"Ok honey, say ah." I said as (y/n) opened his mouth allowing me to slip a spoon full of macaroni and cheese into his mouth, "See baby, that wasn't so bad." I said as I kissed his head and turned to continue cooking. "Don't you even think about it, you know you're not allowed to use magic anymore." I said making him stop drawing his rune. He pouted, "Sweetheart, I know you love magic and want to use it just like I do, but you just can't. It's making you very very sick and if you keep using it, you'll die and make mommy very very sad." I said calmly, "Being a normal boy won't be that bad. Here why don't you help Mommy cook." I said sweetly as I picked him up.

I was called to the Justice League, "Zatanna." Wonder Woman said drawing my attention.

"Who's child is that?" she asked, "This is my son, (y/n)

"Who's child is that?" she asked, "This is my son, (y/n). He's sick and can't be trusted not to use magic, so he's being dragged to work with Mom today." I said, "I see, but should you not take him to a healer if he is sick?" She asked, "What he has, has yet to be cured. He has Mana Poisoning. He's been using magic without an affinity for it for years, and it's killing him." Batman said, "Exactly, and now I know you're watching me again." I said, "I never stopped watching anyone in the league, or outside of it." he said, "You've been staring at me for a while now. Hello little one, I am Diana, princess of Themyscira." Diana said, "Bad lady." (y/n) said, "If I've offended you in any way, I apologize." Diana said as (y/n) drew a rune before I could stop him and conjured visions of Wonder Woman and Batman that sent a chill down my spine.

"That is me, but that blade, that armor, it's foreign to me

"That is me, but that blade, that armor, it's foreign to me." Diana said, "That suit has advanced technology, technology not found anywhere on Earth." Batman said as the visions vanished, "(y/n) sweetie, please don't do that!" I said worriedly as I cleaned up the blood, "(y/n) I thank you for showing me the abhorrent vision of me that you were forced to endure. Please allow me to show you that I am not the woman who scarred your mind." Diana said, "How did she scare you to begin with?" I asked, "She killed John." (y/n) said. My mind raced with countless visions of John Constantine's death, some were admittedly funny to me, while others made me sick, and some had him sacrificing himself, but those seemed unlikely.

(y/n) POV

Mama was doing research while I colored, but a scary alarm went off and Mama jumped up after tapping the communicator in her ear, "(y/n) baby, Mommy needs you to stay here. If I don't come back, know that I love you so so so much. If I don't come back, I want you to go to John and tell him what happened. Give him this and he'll take as good of care as he's possible of you and find you a new home that will raise you to be a good man." Mama said as she kissed my head and cheek before running into battle.

I watched my mother and the rest of the Justice League fight a monster. Mama was knocked out and I sprinted to the library and found a powerful spell, one that could very well kill me, but I didn't care. I sprinted to the teleporter, a few people tried to stop me, but I dodged them and activated the teleporter, and jumped into it transporting myself to the battlefield. I found myself staring down the beast who hurt my mother, and I trembled at its might.

I nearly fell to the ground as it roared angrily, but I managed to find my strength, however, shakily it might be, and decided to face this monster
